Welcome to Studio Solare, with a stunning view in the heart of Portorož. 2 minutes walking distance from the sea and 15 minutes to medieval town Piran. Studio Solare is a stone cottage with big windows where you feel part of the nature. It might be small, but it has everything you need. Fully eqipped kitchen, coffe machine, TV with Netflix and WiFi, bathroom and sleeping area in the looft which is accessible by the staircase. There is also a big garden, outdoor sitting area and fee parking.

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Our apartament is close to the beach (just 250m!) nature (Cuvi-long promenade close to the beach, just few meters from our apartament), sport and recreation activities and ofcourse, restaurants and stores.

Peaceful, quiet area in central Istria is a perfect place to relax and enjoy free time with family and friends. It is also a good starting point to reach Rovinj, Pula, Opatija, Poreč or Rabac.

This garden guest house apartment is ideal for a couple looking for a getaway, family with kids or a small group of friends. Few steps from the only city centre beach and Euphrasian Basilica in the Historic Centre of Poreč. There is a free parking for a car in the garden - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are allowed with charge of 8 euros per day that is payable upon arrival.
