Housy’s place made me feel at home and the security staff made me feel like family. The view was great and I'm happy I chose this place. They were helpful and attentive and I will book with them again. Amazing overall!

Me sentí muy seguro, tenía música natural en la madrugada con los pajaritos en la ventana. El lugar es tranquilo y Doña Marta es un amor, me hizo llorar al despedirnos, muy responsable y se familiariza rápido. Volvería sin dudar. Gracias D. Marta.

Beautiful place and great location

Check in and 24 hours reception was great! Local was good. Lots to do and walk around and safe. The apartment was nice and spacious and the cleaning staff was nice. Kitchen had all I needed and the gym and jazzuci on the roof top were really nice! The only negative was the street outside was loud. I think it echos easily and many nights until late the parking people in the orange vests are outside yelling at each other for hours and talking very loudly. I even sleep with ear plugs and could hear them .

Se nota el cariño y la dedicación en cada detalle. Susana es una anfitriona increíble: atenta, amable y siempre disponible si necesitas algo. Sin duda, volveré una tercera vez. ¡100% recomendado!

Un lugar muy cómodo, con amenidades y con todas las descripciones que se encuentran publicadas, ubicado es un buen sector que si bien puede tornarse un poco ruidoso en la noche por estar cerca de una zona de restaurantes y bares, la comodidad del apartamento y el fácil acceso, hacen que te olviden de eso. Muy especial atención de Nancy que nos ayudo a tener nuestro equipaje durante el check out porque nuestro vuelo salia mucho más tarde de la hora indicada. Recomendado y de volver a Medellín serán mi primera opción.

Fantastic view, cozy apartment. No aircon but felt fresh with windows open. No noise, internet works great. Had to leave early and host was very accommodating (thank you!).

If you’re looking for a local feel away from most tourists places like Poblao then this is your place! It’s a walkable distance from La Setenta, the soccer stadium, outside gym and metro. The room is spacious for singles and perfect for couples anything more would be a crowd. The rooftop deck has AMAZING views. You can see and hear futbol games & concerts from the rooftop at estadio. The front desk attendant was nice to have for security as well. Overall, que chimbaaa vibras!! 🫶 Book it!

The location was ideal, nestled close to shopping centers and an abundance of fantastic dining choices all around. Overall, my experience was truly outstanding. I can't recommend Jose's and their property highly enough!

Cristian was amazing. I don’t know where to start. He had great security and housekeepers. Anyone who is concerned about safety and security while in Colombia should book with Cristian. We arrived late from the airport. He organized a car service for us that was exceptional. We used them throughout the trip. The security guards in the building went out and got us food late night when everywhere else was closed and referred us to some amazing restaurants that we enjoyed. They also looked after us during the trip and checked in with us regularly. We felt like private VIPs. The place is centrally located. It is safe and secure. It is like a mini Fortress within the city. Everything was super clean and very comfortable. There were no bugs or insects anywhere. It was immaculate. We would definitely stay again. And I would highly recommend Cristian’s place to anyone who wants a safe and secure fun vacation. Excellent in all elements!

Un hospedaje muy bien ubicado, limpio, es igual a lo anunciado. Cerca de la estación del metro y el estadio. La check in facil y la salida igual.

I just stayed with Viviana for a month and it was perfect. The price was great, the location in Laureles is walking distance from one of the most beautiful parks and rivers in Medellin, local food and more. It’s better than El Pablado that feels like a crowded Las Vegas strip. Laureles is a safe residential neighborhood, and the place was right next to one of the major malls in the neighborhood. I will definitely stay here again in next time. I traveled from Miami.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Envigado! The location is perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants and cafes, making it super convenient for dining out or grabbing a coffee. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Fredy, the host, was amazing—very friendly, responsive, and easy to talk to. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Excelente ubicación a pocos metros de un supermercado y de la 70 que tiene un montón de restaurantes y vida nocturna. Jorge es un excelente anfitrión siempre pendiente y muy amigable, instrucciones detalladas y muy amable. Recomiendo este lugar y definitivamente es un lugar donde me vuelvo a alojar en Medellín.

Great apartment! Great location. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Apartment and building is like in the pictures. Very safe and nice area around the building. Very clean apart as well entire building. Very secure building with many cameras and felt very good in this building. I will definitely come back again in the near future for sure. Also balcony very nice. Overall I will give a max stars for this great apartment and entire building. Lobby staff very good.
