The house is located at the foot of mountain Aenos, a few hundred meters before entering Valeriano village. The 40 sq.m apt at the basement on the south side of the villa, is fully equipped and airconditioned by two inverters, ideal for couples, families or friends. It consists of two airconditioned bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a king size bed which also has a silent fan), a small living room with a TV, a fully equipped small kitchen, a bathroom, a yard of its own and a garden.

Joya's Little Farm Cottage

A little private cottage with its own entrance at the border of the village of Sarlata. The cottage is fully equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom and a spacious cozy room. It is quiet and cozy with its private front yard enjoying the shade the old vine produces with private parking. The cottage enjoys views of orange trees and fig trees. It is located near famous crystal-clear sandy beaches such as Avithos, Spasmata , Minies and Ammes beach. Car hire arrangements available upon request.

Four independent residences, were first built in the early 1900s but were totally renovated in 2017 maintaining the traditional beauty of the area. Our policy is to provide all 4 of them to one party at a time to ensure your privacy. Each one has its own unique identity and comfort.
