Walk or bike to the Creekside District. Bikes available on request and provide a great way to get to nearby bars and restaurants with out driving.l The Cottage is equipped with extras to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable such as; Keurig coffee pods, fire logs for fireplace and laundry products for full laundry room. Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.
