Studio Solare

Welcome to Studio Solare, with a stunning view in the heart of Portorož. 2 minutes walking distance from the sea and 15 minutes to medieval town Piran. Studio Solare is a stone cottage with big windows where you feel part of the nature. It might be small, but it has everything you need. Fully eqipped kitchen, coffe machine, TV with Netflix and WiFi, bathroom and sleeping area in the looft which is accessible by the staircase. There is also a big garden, outdoor sitting area and fee parking.

Welcome to our completely new 4-bedroom villa with a heated swimming pool, al fresco dining area, BBQ, outdoor sauna, and a hot tub. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. Our spacious and luxurious property is located in a serene and scenic area, with over 2000 m2 of plot, making it the perfect vacation home. *pool heating season usually between May and October (depending on the weather).

Bright, freshly renewed (March 2022) stylish 3- bedroom apartment located on the first floor of our family house offers you everything you need for your perfect vacation. It is in the quiet residential area with spacious living room and kitchen, large terrace and three separate bedrooms. Guests can use the shared BBQ and ping-pong table. You will stay around 5 minutes walk to the sea and 10 minutes walk to city center. The nearest beach is around 8 min walk (Defin beach).

Wine Paradise - Regular glamping

Sweet cottages are the basic line, which has access to both public swimming pools. Our glamping village is located in Marezige, a cult Istrian village, which is 10 kilometers from Koper. The village is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and fields with other cult Istrian plants. The modern cottages are set in a rustic environment, which, in harmony with authentic Istrian cuisine, creates an unforgettable experience with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Trieste.

Sea View Terrace Apartment

A cozy and spacious penthouse apartment in the strict city center of Izola. Located on the main seafront and old port, the most lively part of the town. Our majestic terrace will give you the opportunity to sunbath, dine and have a nice glass of wine while watching the sunset in the Adriatic Sea. The beach is in 5 minute walking distance from our location. All the nice bars and best restaurants are located at the seafront, a few steps from our apartment.

At the more exclusive end of the pontoon, in the renowned yacht marina of Portoroz, floats Marinavita. Awake with the sun slanting through the bed room window. Throw open the curtains and watch the yachts - just meters away from you - going for a sail. Open the sun shades on the roof terrace and have breakfast enjoying the 360° view. All around in Portorož and beyond, there is a sea of opportunities to spend a perfect holiday at any time of the year

Hiša Apollonia se nahaja na unikatni lokaciji, le korak od srednjeveškega mesta Piran in ima s prostorne terase osupljiv pogled na morje in celoten Tržaški zaliv. Nahaja se v mirnem naselju zasebnih hiš, obdanih z mediteranskim rastlinjem. Nastanitev je od plaže Fiesa oddaljena 5 minuti. Do centra mesta Piran (Tartinijev trg) je 15 minut hoje (900m), do Bernardina 2,4 km. Dostop do Pirana je mogoč 4 x dnevno tudi z lokalnim avtobusom.
