Welcome our tranquil home in Plymouth. Our house is a restored gold rush era bunk house in the foothills with central air and heat! Every detail and modern convenience has been added while repurposing the historic parts of the property. A one-of-a-kind adventure awaits. House and grounds-within walking distance to 5-star dining and a 10 minute drive to 50+ wineries and shopping. We have over an acre in town with Bocci and games galore. Our license allows six guests, thus we must be firm on that.

Captains Cottage of Ione Centrally located 4 beds

Captain’s Cottage is a 3 bedroom one bathroom furnished cottage located in a quiet and peaceful residential area in Ione. A few blocks away (3 minute walk) is the town of Ione. It features a laundromat, general store, pizza , brewery, coffee shop, and restaurants. Locally we have wineries, flowerfarm,caves,gold mining, theater,antiques fishing & boating. Nearby is Plymouth, Jackson, and Sutter Creek . Our own captain loves Lake Amador, Lake Pardee and Lake Camanche all located here in Ione.

Whispering Pines Apartment

The wildflowers in our Sierras are absolutely breathtaking right now! Our apartment is located under our main house, with its own keyless private entrance. You'll enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting among tall pines, with wildlife abound. Amador County is rich in gold mining history, and has many charming gold rush towns for you to visit. If your travel journeys include both Yosemite and Lake Tahoe, we are conveniently located between the two ( 2 1/2 hours from Yosemite, and 1 1/2 from Tahoe)

Minutes from various wineries, attractions and quaint country adventures. Note: please no extensive cooking. There is no stove top, only a mini fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle coffee maker. The house is located on PT Ranch, a regenerative family farm, ten minutes outside the town of Ione and 20 minutes from the Shenandoah wine region. Recreation includes: biking the country roads, floating the Mokelumne River, touring the Gold Country or exploring the Sierra's (we are 1.5 hour from Kirkwood).
