The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. In the process of remodeling, we have found many historic items of earlier days - an old shoe & many small items that are on display. Within walking distance of downtown. (Please read Show More)

Designed and built with sustainability at heart, this home was built entirely with local lumber milled from beetle kill pine. The home offers the best views in steamboat and offers access to a nordic sauna and outdoor gathering space. Located just above the resort it's a 5-10min walk to get you to the slopes.

Wits End Lodge, Unique Log Home

The Wernig family built Wit’s End Lodge in 1999. After years of building custom log homes Bill and his family decided it was time to build their own. It’s been a ski lodge to many friends and family from around the world over the years. The lodge has panoramic views of Steamboat Ski Resort, Old Town and Sleeping Giant. Wit’s End is centrally located between the ski area and downtown. This is the ideal home for a memorable family/group stay in Steamboat Springs.

Stunning 4 bedroom 2.5 Bath, Private hot tub, unobstructed mountain views, 2 car garage, and large outdoor patio along with wide-open spaces to be enjoyed by all guests! Ski Chalet on an acre!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy home. You can walk to the Steamboat Ski Resort Village in 10min. or there is a shuttle about 2 blocks from our house. This is a cozy home with 4 bedrooms and 2 lofts and 3 bathrooms. (We have a second unit available as well with an additional 1 bedroom / 1 bath and 1 loft and kitchen for an additional fee / night).

Warehouse-chic in the heart of old town! 5 min walk to Lincoln Ave and the shuttle. 2300 sq foot. 4 bed/3ba house with original 100 year-old brick work and exposed steel beams. Industrial-style finish and kit-out. Room for 10 with a fold-out couch in the living room. Gas fireplace, 2 giant owner bedrooms, walk-in showers, ski-locker style mud-room...everything you could want.

Hunters and Anglers Haven. Nice family get away. Two levels with 5 spacious bedrooms. Nice upper living area including Kitchen, dinning area, living room, laundry room, attached garage. Beautiful back covered patio. BBQ grill in garage. Public swimming pool behind house. Beautiful views that include visitors such as moose and deer.
