The guest house, we affectionately call the Villa, is situated near great views, restaurants, wineries, and nature trails available in Jacksonville, Ashland and Medford. Located in the country with views of the famous pear orchards. *NO PETS* Enjoy Southern Oregon by staying in our peaceful bright cottage. Perfect for those who want a quiet getaway close to all the Rogue Valley has to offer. It is situated toward the rear of our property w/private parking and its own fenced patio. We are located 4 miles from Jacksonville where you can hear the sounds of the Britt Festival. Ashland, home of Oregon's Shakespeare Festival is 20 minutes away. Lakes, hiking trails, and rivers are all around for those looking for adventure.

Modern Tiny House w/ Hot Tub and Putting Green

Located on a hillside in Shady Cove. This is a spacious brand new 300 sq foot tiny home. The tiny house is located on our private property. We request for our guests to be respectful of our home, our neighbors, and surroundings. It is important that our guests treat the outdoor space as if they were camping and not leave any food outside as there is some wildlife in the area. Included is a covered gazebo with curtains on a private deck with a spa, and gas fire pit that also heats your legs.

Tiny House in the country

This is a tiny house that's located in the countryside. There's a double matress on the loft that's serves as the sleeping area, also a sofa bed in the living room. Since it's a tiny house we don't have a formal kitchen. We do have have a microwave, coffee maker and a fridge. We don’t serve breakfast. We live beside this house so you can easily contact us if you any concern. Smoking and pets are not allowed. We only have WiFi extender so sometimes you can’t get a signal from the tiny house

Set halfway between Crater Lake & the Redwood Forest, the Applegate Valley is a lush valley with 19 artisan vineyards. This classic cottage is a mini farm-stay experience with goats & chickens. Walk to Red Lily Vineyard! Enjoy the private firepit with complimentary s’mores kit or walk down to the river to swim. Nearby: the historic gold-rush town of Jacksonville, home of the Britt Summer Music Festival.

Cozy Jacksonville Cottage

This cozy, rustic one bedroom cottage (325 sq. ft.) is just a 15 min. walk from downtown Jacksonville (3/4 mile) and 30 min. from Ashland. It has private parking, on the property. The owner is happy w/ pets in the cottage, but needs to know in advance that a pet is coming (maximum 35lbs) too. There isn't a full kitchen but it has a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffee maker, so cooking basics won't be a problem. Relax in the outside patio in the summer.
