Relax with the whole family on this peaceful property. This beautiful cabin is located on the ATV and snowmobile trails and is also within walking distance to Bruce Mound Winter Sports Area for winter sports fun! Levi’s Mound is nearby, within 6 miles with some great biking trails! Lake Arbutus is just a short ATV ride away for all of your water sports fun! A well stocked catch and release pond is right off the back porch, with crappie, bluegill, bass, and a few nice catfish ready to be caught!

Lots of outdoor space, with a deck, firepit, private pond, and dock for access to the river. Boating, swimming, fishing and kayaking at your doorstep. 2 kayaks and paddleboat provided. Bring your own power boat or pontoon and enjoy the miles of waterway available. Ski or fish. ATV trails directly accessible.
