Great patio overlooking a beautiful view. It is a great place to sit and have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. You can hear birds sing or watch an occasional deer stroll by. Beautiful Lake Athens is just around the corner and The Boathouse Restaurant. We are near The Texas Freshwater Fishery.

You feel like you are in a tree house. It is a great place to have morning coffee or a glass of wine in evening. We sometimes have deer pass through. It is just around the corner from beautiful Lake Athens and only 4 miles to Athens.
