Underbar villa med grönskande trädgård, pool och stora terrasser för sköna dagar. Nyrenoverat med tidstypiska detaljer från byggåret 1929. Stort vardagsrum med dubbla soffor och TV samt utgång till terrass. Matrum med plats för 14 personer och utgång till terrass. 2 stora sovrum med dubbelsängar. 3 mindre sovrum med utgång till takterass eller trädgård. Området är lugnt med närhet till skog och vackra badplatser. Ett par min med buss till tunnelbana som tar dig till Stockholms city på 5 min.

Fint hus i vacker natur

På en stor solig tomt full av fruktträd finns detta nyrenoverade hus. Huset ligger i ett lugnt område med närhet till fina skogspromenader, bad, affär och bra kommunikationer till Stockholm city med både buss och båt. Intill området finns en 18+12 håls golfbana med en stor restaurang och bar. Du hittar även pizzeria och grill inom gångavstånd. Huset har en öppen och luftig övervåning med alla bekvämligheter som behövs för trevlig samvaro. Ni har tillgång till bastu, pingisbord och gäststuga.

Beautiful house only 20 min from the city center

Beautiful bright house from 1926 with large social areas and modern living only 20 min from the city center by bike or public transportation. A playground just across the street and a lovely garden with 3 sitting areas for outdoor meals (one on the terrass on the 1st floor outside the masters bedroom with eveningsun). A beach at only 15 min walking distance along the beautiful shore, great for jogging. Several nice restaurants, icecream and coffee shop, supermarket and tram station at 500 m.

The Green House Stockholm

Welcome to our new (2023) ecological house with a calm and clean character with a ceiling height of 5 meters. The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection on the walls. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Free parking for one car. It’s a quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Stockholm town, it takes 11 minutes by subway or less than 20 minutes by bike. It is about 1 km to Lake Mälaren's natural areas and beaches.

Välkomna till vårt mysiga och fridfulla hus där hela familjen kan koppla av. Huset som ligger bara 15 minuter från centrala Stockholm och 5 min från Täby C har tre sovrum, två badrum, TV-rum, stor kök/allrum, matrum samt två dedikerade arbetsplatser. Direktaccess från kök och vardagsrum till inglasad uterum och terrass med en stor härlig bubbelpool för 6 personer. Huset är perfekt för par och familjer. Modern massagestol, hemmagym, fiber bredband 500/500 samt laddstation till bilen.

For those seeking a relaxing and luxurious vacation, our villa is the perfect choice. With three spacious bedrooms and two comfortable sofas, we can easily accommodate up to eight guests. Part of a house with a garden

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
