One bedroom ocean view villa in the heart of Hilton Head Island and Coligny Plaza. Steps to private beach access and just a short walk to the Tiki Hut. The villa is very clean and well cared for. Small kitchenette which includes oven, microwave and fridge. Bunks in hallway, recommended for young children. Weight limit on ladder: 75lbs. A great villa in an ocean-front complex. Top floor, light and airy. King size bed; full-sized appliances (great for a weekly stay). Kids can sleep on living room sofa or air mattress. Steps from the beach with private entrance and outdoor shower. Park the car once in our gated, secure complex and walk to grocery stores, shops, bars and restaurants in Coligny Plaza and the new Celebration Park! Swimming pool, sundeck, beach chairs and umbrella.
