Our stay here was very pleasant. This was a first-time , last minute family visit for us, and we are already trying to figure out when we can come back. It was important to us to be in a safe and convenient location. This plase was exactly that! We were close to local shops, restaurants and easy access to multiple boat ramps and peefect parking for our boat. The place was neat, clean and comfortable! Everything was as pictured! Communication was proactive and quick with a reply. I would recommend to any of my friends or family to stay here. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the mattress was firm. I prefer a softer bed, but that is just my personal preference. The rest of my family was completely fine!

We cannot say enough good things about Ron and his place. It was beautiful and Ron made sure us girls were comfortable upon arrival. The home was clean, welcoming, and in a prime location. We will definitely be back!

Had a great time, spotless place that looked exactly like the pictures, and the view was incredible. We spend a lot of time at the river during summer months , first time in a long while that we’ve been there in the winter, the apartment was cozy and nice considering the temperatures outdoors were “cold”.

The town of Clayton was a second home to my husband’s family. We went down decided to stay at K’s motel and had a lovely time. The beds were incredibly comfy and the place was spotless. Thank you for hosting a few Canadians in this wonderful community!!

This unit was perfect for our group of seven women, exploring Clayton and the surrounding area. The view of the St. Lawrence River from the living room and porch was incredible. Lots of included amenities as well as cookware, and some toiletries. This is a large, yet cozy unit with a million dollar view of the river. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Great location with good sized deck overlooking the water, walkable to everything in downtown Clayton…parking could have been a problem mid-day but otherwise ideal

Our family gathered in Watertown to have Thanksgiving with our son who lives there and is stationed at Ft. Drum. We wanted a nice place on the water where the adults could stay and the family could gather for Thanksgiving dinner. Jane's place was nice and cozy for the adults who stayed and enjoyed by all who came for dinner. Jane was responsive to any communications and helpful when we thought our stay may have to be extended due to the threat of 60+ inches of lake effect snow. We were able to check out on time and would love to return when we could truly enjoy the yard, water access, kayaks etc.

This property can literally be described as heaven on earth! You feel like you've been transported to the Bahamas. It's the perfect place for any situation....whether you're bringing your family, small children, or significant other for a romantic getaway. The sand beach with sand bar after sand bar is too amazing for words. The water is shallow for quite a way out, meaning it warms up quickly in the sun. I would guess the water was 80° with areas that warm up to the 90s. Just perfect... As for the home itself, there were many beds to sleep in, beautiful living room and kitchen, game room area with a mini kitchenette, and even a master bedroom with balcony. Owners were very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend 🥰 We can't wait to come back!

Very spacious home that made you feel welcome. Laurie is a very good host that responds quickly to any questions that you have. The house being next to sandy creek pond has beautiful views of the sunset and sunrise. The house had all the amenities that you need to feel right at home.

I can’t express how amazing this place was. There were signs made up all around the house to answer any questions you may have. I reached out to our hosts mid stay and got a response immediately. They even reached out to give us a heads up about possible power outages (we did not lose power). But I truly appreciated them reaching out as we were out at a wedding.

We came for a getaway weekend and were very pleased with the home and the easy access to everything. Highly recommend this house!

This was an excellent place to stay. We were floored by just how spotless the home was when we walked in, and it had absolutely everything that we needed. There was even a pack and play which was so helpful for the parent who brought her toddler in our group. The stay was in a perfect location -- convenient walk to downtown restaurants, but just far enough away that we weren't bothered by the downtown noise late at night. Courtney was accessible, responsible, and kind. If you're visiting the area, we would highly recommend this stay!

Terry could not have been more accommodating and responsive. All correspondence, text/email, was addressed within minutes of being sent. The property was just as pictured on the Airbnb site and was well furnished and supplied. The neighbors we encountered were friendly and offered suggestions on restaurants things to do when asked. It was the perfect location to reunite with our kids who joined us from Georgia, Utah and Oregon.
