We used this place for my daughter and her friends to get ready for her wedding. There’s plenty of space!

Staying at Marcus place was really nice, very clean we would sit on the porch in the morning and have our coffee, highly recommend

To be honest, this exceeded my expectations. This place was beautiful. I love how they kept the history of the interior intact with some modern touches. It was also huge and every room was spacious. Much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Everyone was very happy and agreed we would 100% stay here again. Michael and Marcia were very responsive and accommodating. It is also in a stellar location. Tons of bars, restaurants and nice hotels with lobby and rooftop bars, etc. It's a bit further from the french quarter, but an easy Uber or cab ride away. It was also nice to be removed from some of the madness during mardi gras, but close enough to immerse yourself in it with a few minute jaunt over to one of the main streets. Thanks again!

Good location for getting around NO easily. Enough space for 6 adults. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our time at Spencer's place. The description of the townhome and its surroundings is very accurate. We were a family of 9 adults and 1 infant visiting for Christmas, and Spencer's unit met all of our needs. Spencer is a great host and he really wants to make sure his guests have a good experience. He was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay. He also provides direct access to his property managers. The property manager assigned to us during our stay was very helpful and checked in with me each day via text to make sure everything was ok and to see if we had any concerns. We had difficulty getting the home bluetooth speaker system to work, and Spencer and the property manager worked to get the issue resolved very quickly. We traveled with 2 extra large SUVs, and never really had any problem parking on the street directly in front of the Airbnb. There are also some eateries and bars in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay for a weekend trip to New Orleans. I loved being able to securely park my vehicle overnight & it was an easy drive to the French Quarter. We would definitely stay here again!

The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed to make our holiday gathering feel extra special. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made preparing our Christmas dinner a breeze, and the spacious layout allowed everyone to relax and enjoy themselves comfortably. We especially appreciated the festive atmosphere and warmth of the home — it truly felt like our own little holiday retreat. Michael and Marcia were attentive and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will cherish these holiday memories for years to come. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us! We hope to return soon!

The space was spacious, clean, in a good central location and exactly what was described! It was open and spacious and easily slept 8 guests just as listed! There was a minor issue and George responded super quickly, which we really appreciated! Would definitely stay here again

My friends and I had a fantastic time and were comfortable at The Chateau. Prior to our arrival, Michael was very responsive to questions. At the time of arrival, Wilson was extremely helpful and friendly. Other folks working at The Chateau were lovely and warm. It's a great location, allowing us to walk to almost every destination we hoped to visit. The outdoor space was so comfortable, and other guests were respectful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will definitely consider The Chateau for future visits to New Orleans!

Wilson was the on site property manager/concierge and he was accessible, responsive, friendly and communicated wonderfully to any concerns we had. Bathrooms and kitchen were well done. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable with good bedding. Fun to stay in a famous chef’s previous home. Courtyard was wonderful - we spent a lot of time out there. Our only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub was unavailable from our first day through our second to last day. That was a top amenity priority for me in choosing this property. Wilson, was diligent in getting it fixed and communicating about the status, however. I would certainly return here for future visits to New Orleans!

Just wanted to share our fantastic experience at the ARBB we stayed at. We absolutely loved the pool and the charming units. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Wilson, who went out of his way to take care of us during our stay. Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle-free. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the French Quarter and within walking distance to just about anything. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

Michael was a very responsive host. He answered every question. Maintenance was frequently on property. Other guest in compound were friendly. Courtyard was so relaxing and beautiful. One Uber driver complimented the neighborhood as hugely improved, safe and popular. Thanks for a lovely stay in NOLA.

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. This villa was better than advertised. It comfortably accommodated everyone involved. It had excellent amenities, clean and private rooms, and a killer roof top. The property manger is exceptional and very accommodating. They were communicative and there when you need them. Very helpful in getting a second unit when our party size grew. High recommendation from us.
