The beauty of the apartment is that it shares no walls with any neighbors to the side, above or below. The building is yours, which is perfect if you are energy sensitive. The place is small, but efficiently has all you need. (no oven sorry). Located right off Rainbow but situated in an alley between buildings makes it super quiet and peaceful.
