we had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and public transport. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again in the future. If you need something, ask to Charlie or Diana. They always to help you.

Veronica’s place is so clean and she’s super helpful and responsive! As someone who you used to live in nyc, the location is UNBEATABLE! Such a great stay and super affordable for New York.

I had a very nice stay at Veronica‘s place. Veronica was an excellent and very accommodating host. She has literally thought of everything that a guest could possibly need during their stay. The apartment is a small basement unit. But everything is squeaky clean and well organized. Since you may be sharing the apartment with up to three other guests, there are strict rules about quiet hours. However, everyone has their own private space. Also, the subway is only a little more than a block away. I would definitely recommend Veronica as a host to any visitor looking to spend a few days in New York.

Responsive host. Walkable to train and buses. Commutable to manhattan and near Coney Island. Lovely.

Shu’s place was conveniently located to all major areas. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. The home itself was very comfortable, especially the beds. It had all the amenities we could need. Everything was labeled and easy to find. There were also complimentary snacks, tea, coffee and bath products. The home was clean and there were air purifiers in each room. Shu was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was fine. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was very easy , even though I came in late . Place was spotless , just as described . Plenty of space and everything you need is there . I would definitely recommend Dina’s and Vadim’s place .

room itself off quiet side street but 2.5 blocks from food, etc and 1 block to beach

A lovely, spacious room and Araz is a friendly and helpful host. The room locks (something I wasn't sure of when reading previous reviews), and the private bathroom is large. It's right near Brighton Beach boardwalk, which would be nice in the summer if you wanted to swim. It's a 10-ish minute walk to the subway and about an hour on the subway to Manhattan--still quite convenient for the price! Excellent space, I'd absolutely stay here again no question!

Ann Marie is a wonderful host, her home is beautiful and we were happy to spend our 2nd Thanksgiving there. Our family felt right at home, close to all we needed. Thanks Ann Marie.
