Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

At the end of the village, at the top of the hill, between nature, birds and amazing, stunning views of the valley and surrounding hills lies house Pucnk. You can enjoy and calm in the spacious garden and two terraces. If you're looking for fresh air and nature during the day and silence and deep sky during the night, this is a place for you! 2person studio-Apartmaji pri Kozmavo-Little house

The house is on a quiet place where we have 4 apartments and 3 glamping little houses. In front is a lawn which you can use for recreation. Place is suitable for couples, couples with small child . It is a good starting point for hiking surrounding Julian Alpss, in the village is begining of cycling trail. Turist tax is 2€ per night per person and it is not included in the price. The apartments are not intended for parties. Night peace is from 10:00pm-7:00am.

Luxury alpine villa for leisure or active holidays

The 4 seasons holiday villa is located in the Alpine region 2 km from Kranjska Gora in a beautiful and secluded location. Surrounded by a large fenced garden and including swim spa, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis and 4 bicycles, it is ideal for leisure and/or very active holidays (walking, hiking, cycling etc.). It is ideal during the time of coronavirus pandemics since it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided.
