This family friendly ranch home is in Bear Creek Lakes Community in Jim Thorpe. Only 10 min drive to historic Jim Thorpe Train. The living room has an 82" TV and double sided gas fireplace open to the dining room. The garage has arcade style games, a pool table, foosball, mini ping pong and shuffleboard. The backyard has a deck, BBQ, fire pit and many outdoor games. We are walking distance to the lake, pool, playgrounds, tennis & basketball courts! We have kayaks, paddleboards and bikes.

Also within 45 minutes of many ski resorts, including Blue Mountain, Camelback, Jack Frost, and many more! Also a 15-minute drive to historic Jim Thorpe town center. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, while still being close to all the attractions the Poconos has to offer.

Come and enjoy your stay at the Historic Lakewood Park. We have ten cabins open year-round for rental at the property. Each offers an enjoyable experience on our 63-acre and 10-acre lake. Amenities include single-room cabins with fireplace, kitchenette, queen bed, couch (folds to a bed), private bathroom with 5' tiled shower, wifi, cable TV, lake fishing, hiking, outdoor firepit, grill, and more. Linens are included with this cabin (bedding, pillows, towels, wash clothes, soaps, shampoo, etc.)

This historic Victorian home was built in 1870 and offers early American charm and furnishings, has wide plank floors, modern kitchen and modern bathroom. This house is located on the main drag of Jim Thorpe and has parking for one car. The home has a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. There is cast iron gas wood stove, basic cable TV, WIFI, new kitchen, and bathroom. There is a shaded private courtyard, upper deck and a Mountainside Gazebo.

Creekside Cabin

Enjoy our cozy two bedroom rustic cabin that sits a few feet from a flowing creek, and a relaxing pond. The cabin was originally built as a one room hunting cabin with knotty pine walls, wood ceiling and large stone fireplace. The addition of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry converted the cabin into a comfortable home, while maintaining the original charm and character. The original hunting cabin space is now the great room, with the kitchen on one side and the family room on the other.

This special get away is close to stores and Poconos seasonal activities, but tucked away for your relaxation and enjoyment.
