It’s a small apartment but felt like home. It was cozy and quiet. Only thing is the water in showers was a little difficult to adjust the water. We struggled with this all weekend long. Other than this I would stay here again.

My stay was amazing to put it simply. The place was super easy to find and is in a very nice area. Host was gave clear instructions and check in was easy. The place was extremely neat and clean. If I am ever visiting the area again, I would 100% rebook. 10/10 No complaints.

I had a great stay! It was near all of the different places I intended to visit, like six flags. The home was pretty clean and the instructions were very clear. Overall would recommend the stay.

House nice and clean as described. Great location. Hosts responsive and helpful. Parking in back down narrow alley easy to find though best if you are renting a car to get a mid-sized or maybe full sized.

Amazing stay

This was a well furnished, clean and comfortable place exactly as it was described and perfectly located for what we needed.

I really enjoyed my stay with Mary. She was patient and extremely responsive. The place was clean and private. Exactly what I needed! I would easily recommend to a friend and/or return.

Great convenient place to stay when visiting Dallas. The Traeger grill is great for cooking, there are patios on multiple levels to enjoy when the weather is nice outside.

Very cozy! Would definitely stay again in the future. Close to the freeway which was nice as well

Really enjoyed our stay- it’s in a perfectly walkable area to a lot of great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. As well as a what felt like an easy location to get wherever we needed to in FTW. Getting to the unit and parking was like a scavenger hunt but once we did it a few times we got the hang of it! The hosts were really responsive when we had needs and provided a lot of instruction. Would definitely stay here again! Esp at the price we found.

Nick has been truly a super host . Right from day 1 he ensured I felt comfortable and he helped me get settled in. This place is strategically located with Downtown 10 mins away and it is located with majority of amenities close by (Kroger / DART bus Stop etc. walking distance). The house is exactly what is represented in the photographs. Once again Thank you Nick for hosting me :)

We enjoyed our 5 nights. Great bed, easy coffee maker, good layout. Convenient to places we wanted and needed to go. Highly recommended.

Andre was a great host.

Host was very responsive and helpful and accommodating with what I needed! Her place was clean and in a good neighborhood with lots of good places around to eat and walk around.

We had a great stay for Thanksgiving and 30th birthday. The host was super proactive, accommodating and catered to our every need. Super cool place to stay and cozy! We loved it!

Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie hat dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt habe. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die ich benötigt habe. Die Lage war unschlagbar – in der Nähe von allem, was ich erkunden wollte, und trotzdem ruhig genug, um sich zu entspannen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft ohne zu zögern weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Erfahrung!

it was nice and cozy, and the location was great

I had to get two places, and Deen had the two side-by-side places. This was a great convenience for my family. It was a gated community and very quiet. The event I attended was nearby and didn't realize the place was near a friend's house that we knew from Italy, and near my wife's cousin house we haven't seen in a long time. There is an outlet 10 minutes away for some shopping. There were stores nearby for food and accessories. Deen was responsive to us and was very kind on the phone. I do recommend this place and will stay again next year around the same time for the event we go to, if it is available.

The apartment is very clean and well furnished. I appreciate that it has all the essential facilities indoor. The host is responsive and friendly. The gate for the garage is sometimes fuzzy but I don't blame them for this minor imperfection. Overall, I will choose here again next time

This place felt made me and my roommate feel right at home in Dallas! Especially considering how long we stayed in Karina's, the place had everything we needed to live comfortably and happily in Texas all summer. The garage and pool were a big plus with the summer heat!
