Cutest little farmhouse in Bristol.

Relax in total comfort at this peaceful, private farm house. We are located right off of 11W close to I81. 7 minutes to the Pinnacle and Bristol Regional Medical Center, 15 minutes to the Hard Rock casino and downtown Bristol, TN/VA. The house is over a 100 years old, but the interior remodel has all the modern conveniences you need to make yourself at home while you enjoy all Bristol has to offer! Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.

The Cozy Cottage

This 1100 sq ft home is very cozy and quiet and only a 10 minute drive to the Bristol Race Track and the Pinnacle Shopping Center, 15 minutes from downtown Bristol and 10 minutes from Bristol Regional Hospital. Also, only a 10-15 minute drive to Kingsport where Holston Valley Hospital is and a 20 minute drive to Johnson City. Asheville, North Carolina is just an hour and 15 minutes away. Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood are also an hour and a half away.
