Secluded lake house near city center

Live comfortably in touch with nature in this scenic and secluded lake house only a 12 min drive from the city of Bergen. Beautiful areas for swimming and fishing on the property and access to several hiking trails. SUP boards, trampoline, inflatable boat for kids and fishing rod. A huge private garden where you can pick fruit (apples, pears, plums) and with an abundance of blueberries in season (Jul-Sep). Only 200 meter to grocery store and bus stop. Parking for two cars and EV charger.

Yellow House Lofthus

The Yellow House is part of an apple farm with high standard and a fantastic view over the fjord and mountains. Unique access to private pier and wood-fired sauna by the fjord! Large garden with terrace and patio. Activity room in the barn with table tennis and darts. Playhouse for the children. The house is located in the middle of Norway's most famous fruit district, with a view to Folgefonna. From the house you can directly explore the panoramic “Queens hike” over the mountain to Kinsarvik.

Huset med fantastisk utsikt

Koselig hus med fantastisk utsikt 😊kort vei til myrkdalen fjellandsby ca 15 min. badestrand 50 meter og joker haugsvik 200 meter. Kort vei til fjellet , 15 min med bil til Gudvangen og 25 min med bil til Flåm. 30min med bil til Voss. 10 min med bil til Voss Klatrepark.Huset ligger veldig fint til i forhold til Norway in a nutshell turen.Fin gåtur til Stalheim hotell (kongevegen)30 min Voss Gondol.Ønsker dere å ta med liten hund ta kontakt med meg på forhånd. One of the traditional old wooden built houses, built in 1791. in a walking distance from most Bergen attractions. The historical area is an attractive place for locals to live. It is a well-equipped small house with 2 sleepingrooms, living room, large kitchen with winter harden,, bathroom. Less than 10 minutes walking to most key locations in Bergen, such as the fjord-sightseeing, the fishmarket, Fløybanen and Hurtigruta, and to a lot of restaurants, concerts arenas and shops.

Huset er stort med stor hage som vil bli vedlikeholt av huseier. Carport. Over vei er det stor parkeringsplass. Huset er utstyrt med alle fasiliteter som raskt internett og tv til alle soverom og stue.I nærhet til sjø (10 meter) med flotte turområder, sentrum og strender i umiddelbar nærhet.

Unique house with incredible outside area!

A uniqe, modern house with the most amazing nature just outside the door-step. The house has a view to the forest and river, and has big windows to let in lots of light and most importantly - the nature. The outside area consists of an incredibly beautiful riverside front, with a wooden deck with a log table and benches, fire place by the river and pitoresque seats overlooking the river and forest. The closest town with shops and restaurants are about 10 kms away.
