Great communication! He kept us updated about everything, always responsive throughout the stay, and also recommended great food places . The area was nice and peaceful , great for family getaways! We will be booking again !

Justin was an amazing host. My family really enjoyed our stay there. We played softball all weekend. Everything was perfect, we had zero issues. When I return to play again in a couple months I hope this home is available. Highly recommend this rental for any family that likes a peaceful and private environment. I hate we forgot to sign the guest book.

I am originally from Laurel and was in town with my family for a funeral. Everything is just as described and pictured. A beautiful, cozy clean cottage that made for a very comfortable stay. I love the fact that Carolyn Sue requires guests to take off their shoes inside home which adds to another layer of cleanliness throughout. Ebonee, the house manager, called us personally and welcomed us as we were traveling from Texas to Laurel on the day of expected check in. She went over entry to the house and made sure all questions we may have were answered. Since we were late into the night arriving, as promised, some lamps and small lights were turned on throughout the house so that we didn’t arrived to a dark house. Such great hospitality! I would definitely recommend to anyone and will chose this home every time we come back to visit! 😊

I had such a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described—if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell the host puts a lot of thought and care into every detail, from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect and close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful at night. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were super responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. This weekend was for girlfriends that live far apart to get together; visit, shop, and rediscover Laurel. Quite a successful venture and the home was perfect for us. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice comfortable home. Thanks Mike.

Our group of 7 women (65-71 years of age) stayed in The Hinnant home. We had a perfectly marvelous stay. Allison was very friendly and helpful from the first contact. She offered suggestions for restaurant choices, options of things to do and see, and was very welcoming to her home. The home is absolutely gorgeous. It was clean and well stocked for our every need. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Allison for sharing your home with us. It was a wonderful place for our "Girls Trip 2025" to gather, catch up, and enjoy each other's company.

Alise's house is wonderful. It's a quiet, peaceful house in the country that's not really in the country, it's only a few minutes from downtown Laurel. I was in town for a solo long weekend, while my wife was in another city leading a non-profit training class, but I wish she'd been with me to enjoy Alise's house. Alise's house was clean, well-stocked with a touch of celebrity, since it was a house refurbished by HGTV's Hometown Erin & Ben. If you are traveling to Laurel, stay at Alise's house! You won't regret it.

Russ and Terri were great hosts , place was very comfortable to stay in , very clean room and shower areas. Will be staying again with them for sure !

Just as advertised! The area is beautiful, the room was clean, and you feel like you can relax there. Russ was friendly and responsive. It’s at their home but the access and stay felt both private and easy. The site is minutes from downtown Laurel which is the quintessential Southern smaller town with lots of great eateries, shopping, and other experiences. I was in town for a wedding and had a great time and enjoyable stay at Russ and Terri’s.

Always a joy to stay at the Bungalow; I was genuinely sad to leave and can't wait to visit again soon 🥰

Adrienne was great! The home was stunning and I felt like I was staying in a castle, plenty to do and so much cool art to see. Met lots of locals and had a blast.

Perfect stay, we loved everything about Chez Bird Dog. From the pre-check in process through check out, everything was exactly as it should be. We highly recommend Chez Bird Dog for a quiet, peaceful, real Laurel experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. This place is very close to restaurants and other activities. It's easy to find, and very clean and organized. The whole vibe of the place is amazing, also. Well worth the money charged. The hosts were also very responsive. We loved the private courtyard too.

What a serene location and well appointed cabin! My little family enjoyed every bit of the property and cabin. My 2 year old tromped the yard, played in the fort, dug in the sand, constructed with the toy trucks provided, and enjoyed the play kitchen in addition to exploring the loft upstairs. There were so many places and spaces to relax and take in God’s creation. We will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed this peaceful retreat. Road is a little rough, but worth the drive. There is a TV and DVD player, but have to bring your own DVDs. The pictures are accurate. The Bamboo Inn has everything you need for an enjoyable stay!

If you’re looking for a perfect getaway to be on the river this is it! Very nice cabin, clean and well maintained property. They had plenty of extra blankets, towels, and all the essentials. Front porch views of the river was so nice and luckily we had some clear nights and you could see so many stars. The only issue I had getting to the location was using my default map on iPhone. I would suggest using the google map app. Other than that it’s an awesome place to stay and I’ll definitely be back again!

I travel a lot for work so I have to live sometimes for weeks at a time out of town. Karma's cottage was by far the most comfortable place I've ever been. Very secluded and private. Can't wait to return. Very highly recommend this place.
