Relax with the whole family at this recently renovated, spacious 4 bedroom house on Beaver Pond. Centrally located in the crossroads of Connecticut and a short train ride away from NYC, come relax by the water in a quiet neighborhood setting. Stay home and enjoy a kayak or canoe on the pond or visit the many nearby attractions like mini golf, skiing, hiking or the rest that Connecticut has to offer. The home has been recently remodeled and has a very spacious yard.

RIGI HAUS is a hilltop retreat, overlooking Highland Pond and a 32 acre nature preserve. A large deck with sunchairs and 2 separate sitting areas overlooks the pond (during cold months) and is surrounded by greenery during warm months, for complete privacy. The open concept living room has high ceilings, a table for 6, and is centered around a circular fireplace. The room connects to a chef’s kitchen, with 8ft island, designer appliances, and Dekton countertops.

Very comfortable 1 bedroom cottage 200 yards from the lake. Large bathroom with shower, heated floors and laundry. Full kitchen, living room with sofa and TV and wifi. Bedroom has a long double Tempurpedic bed. Finished porch with dining table/ chairs and a desk/work area. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, Patio with gas grill, popcorn air popper, rice and vegetable steamer. WIFI printer. Pack and play upon request. Washer and dryer, hair dryer.
