The home is very well designed, big area for family and friends to gather, and for us the location was perfect as we have family in both Ormoc City and Albuera. We will be back soon! This is a must visit location if you are in the area! The entire apartment comes with two fully functioning air conditioners that really help to cut into the brutal heat of Leyte. The fridge is massive and looks brand new which will make storing food, a basic must for the area, simple and easy. There is a brand-new bathroom outside if you desire to use it. The heat in the main bathrooms water channel is incredibly easy to use and actually maintains the temperature. Gary also provides two high tech fans that can be used to further cool the residence. You won't need them, but they can be useful to help cancel some of the outside noise coming from the basketball court/road We rented a car from Gary while we were there (recommended) which unfortunately had a breakdown while we were using it. Within an hour, Gary had another car ready for us to use. Homer and Ann, his two workers, are available 24/7 which makes any issue you may have easily addressed We will be back!

Had a great stay, nice and cozy. Felt very welcomed and safe and secure. Everything was nice and clean. Will use again when i make another trip. Enjoyed being able to cook meals and hot showers. I will recommend this place for all. The staff was always friendly.
