We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few mins away or 20 min walk.

studio neuf de 20 m2 muni d'une kitchenette équipée (cafetière basique à filtre lavable) sdb séparée, le tout agrandi d'une petite véranda de 6 m2 et de 40 m2 de terrasse aménagée ( tables, chaises) et surtout stores bannes sur toute la façade donnant sur un jardin paysagé. Couchage pour 2 adultes. Draps, serviettes, torchons, produits d'entretien fournis. le village est doté d'une gare (axe Limoges/Périgueux) située à quelques minutes à pied du gîte. Je peux venir vous chercher en voiture.

Ce logement fonctionnel et indépendant dans le joli village de Jumilhac-le-Grand (connu pour son château) dispose d'une chambre avec 1 lit à 2 et d'une chambre avec 2 lits à 1, d'une douche et de toilettes. Le logement se situe au rez-de-chaussée et possède sa propre entrée, et une partie du jardin vous sera réservée. Vous aurez donc votre propre clé et le rez-de-chaussée sera entièrement à vous. Cuisine et mange bar au RDC, ainsi qu'un petit salon, lit double et SDB en haut. C’est un lieu charmant situé à Champs Romain, avec son fameux Saut du Chalard à deux pas de la Dronne. Dans un petit hameau isolé dans le Périgord vert, vous pourrez découvrir la grotte de Villars, Brantome la Venise du Périgord, le Lac de Saint Saud Lacoussière (à 10min)

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Situé dans un petit hameau paisible entouré de forêt, cette maison est unique et rustique. Entre Limoges et Périgueux, sur la route de Richard Cœur de Lion. Un lieu sobre sans extravagance. Pour les amateurs de randonnée, de balade qui apprécient la simplicité. Un retour aux fondamentaux. Il peut être nécessaire pour se sentir bien, se déconnecter de la vie quotidienne. Il y a une clé disponible pour fermer le refuge pendant votre absence. Il y a également une boîte à clés avec un code.

Het onlangs gerenoveerde huis is gelegen in het centrum van een prachtig oud dorp dat wordt gedomineerd door het prachtige sprookjesachtige kasteel van Jumilhac met aan de voet de rivier l'Isle. Vanuit de eigen achtertuin heeft u zelfs uitzicht op het kasteel. Supermarkt, bakker, kapper, 2 restaurants, postkantoor, VVV-kantoor, geldautomaat, 2 restaurants en een theesalon allemaal op loopafstand in het dorp. Op 15 minuten rijden vindt u 2 grotere marktplaatsen.
