This was a great place to stay walkable to all bars and restaurants. Grocery store was less than 2 miles away. House was nice and clean and host was very responsive and always checked in to let us know if we needed anything. I would definitely stay again if in the area again.

This place is perfect! A true piece of paradise in southern Florida! My wife and I were looking to spend a relaxing, anniversary weekend, sitting back, with no agenda, just enjoying some privacy, surrounded by nature. We got exactly what we were looking for here. The property is beautiful! Trees, plants and flowers everywhere. Everything was maintained perfectly. We had a fire pit, tiki hut, hammocks, hot tub, kayaks, and the entire pool to ourselves while we were there. We spent quite a bit of time just sitting out on the boat dock in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the cool breeze and watching the wildlife. There is a TV in the tiki hut that you can watch while relaxing in the hot tub or sitting at the bar having a glass of wine. Inside you have plenty of everything that you need to feel like home while you're there. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of extra toiletries in the bathroom in case you left anything behind. We highly recommend this place and will plan another visit for sure

My grandfather and his girlfriend came down for the week and loved everything about this place. It was exactly what they were looking for and would be very happy to stay here again the next time they come back to Florida! The host was also very communicative when I needed to reach out!

My husband and I loved the location and water views here! The queen foam mattress is very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed, including spices, which was helpful. It was in the 90's some days, and one side of the house doesn't get air conditioning very well, but the extra fan provided helped. We liked the high ceiling in the living room and the spacious feeling. The whole place has a welcoming, cozy feel to it, with many books, games, 3 TVs, etc. It was too hot to sit outside, but the large table and chairs looked inviting. The gas grill worked well one night. A family of four might have challenges with where to unpack clothing, but the closet in the hallway had a few hangers. There's a dresser in the 2nd bedroom. Overall, it was a great stay! It was our 6th time staying at Nettles Island, and Sid & Diane's place is our new favorite!

We had a lovely week in West Palm Beach, staying at the Magical Marina Cottage. Communication from Katiuska was top notch. The porch is a fabulous asset of this property — great for reading, working, sipping coffee, whatever you choose. It was nice to be able to do laundry and having available beach gear was also great. The house is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The dedicated parking space in the gated front yard is also a major plus. We were pleased with our choice to stay here.

Stellar. Michelle should teach seminars on how to be the PERFECT Airbnb host! She got it right from start to finish. The cottage and yard are super comfortable. It’s sparkling clean. She thought of everything, including shampoo, lotion, laundry detergent, well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, linens and blankets, plenty of towels, USB-friendly outlets, even some basic condiments. Nice outdoor furniture. The spa is crazy-huge and has powerful jets. All very much appreciated. We already booked another visit.

So Much Charm!!! I loved my stay at this adorable cottage filled with so much character (the flamingo decor was such a cute touch)! The place was super clean and very cozy and located in a safe friendly neighborhood! I felt like I was at my own beachside retreat! The backyard is one of its best features… -pure relaxation and a pet’s paradise! The hosts were welcoming and accommodating in every way!

The description of this property is spot on. It is an oasis in the middle of Delray. We felt like we were in a very private setting steps away to great restaurants and shops. Accommodations were excellent. Outdoor area was outstanding (pool, etc). Desiree is a great host - very responsive and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

From reservation, to check-in to check out Nadine was awesome and responsive. The property was exactly as described. It felt homey and had everything we needed. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room, quiet neighborhood and the back porch overlooking the canal was peaceful and beautiful. Added bonus, we loved being able to bring our small dog Yoshi. We highly recommend this property and look forward to a future visit. Nadine was a superhost. We give our stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

We travel to Florida every year to visit family and we always stay in a vacation rental. April and Tony’s place is by far the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. It’s clean, beautiful, comfortable and we felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again. They obviously take pride in their home and making sure their renters feel comfortable. Amazing place and excellent host. Close to the beach and lots to do in the area. Family and I enjoyed it and will be coming back for sure. Highly recommended!

Everything was as advertised, and the location was extremely convenient.

The location was great. Only a couple blocks from the beach, maybe three blocks from jetty Park, restaurants and bars. It was great to be able to take the dogs. Full Backyard was fenced in. Second bathroom. Shower is a little small, but there is an outdoor one and a main bathroom. Everything was as described. Would definitely stay again.

What a fantastic Beach House! Walking distance to everything even though we drove everywhere, very nice house, private, comfortable and quiet. Minutes from great restaurants and the beach!!! We will definitely be coming back!

Amit’s house is exactly as described. We enjoyed the space and patio. I wish there were a second bathroom, even just being 4 people, when nature calls …. Beach was pretty close and the house had chairs and umbrella. The kitchen is full equiped. It was a good experience and worth the price.

The place was more than I needed and a great price. Was extremely clean and well stocked. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to downtown Jensen Beach. I stay in Airbnb’s all over the world for work and this was one of my best experiences to date

We live bed the comfort of the home it was perfect for what we needed vs hotel. We could actually relax both outside the house or inside. It was nice to watch neighbors walking with their dogs. I certainly enjoyed the easiness going back and forth to our PGN club for Tennis, golfing and working out. We definitely will rent again from Brandon.

Enjoyed our SECOND visit. Good access to WPB, Nationals ballpark, restaurants, beaches. Comfortable and private house with a nice yard to enjoy the sun.

Cute clean comfy cottage! Fresh, summer seaside vibe, clean white linens, the pink monkey is a little gem hidden away in Lake Worth. 5 mins from Beach and 2 mins walk to all amenities and supermarkets etc. Everything you need is there and all thought of. Little things like extra towels, games, bicycles, suncream, a fridge and snacks ready left to welcome you on arrival etc. private and quiet. super responsive and friendly. Would definitely book again. Thank you

The villa is very nice and we really enjoyed staying at Emily’s place. The location is quiet and we loved the security gate that really closes off the villa from the road. The living room/ family room / kitchen is smaller but we honestly did not spend much time at the villa so it worked for us. The outside decor / flowers are awesome. Definitely would stay there again.

This was a beautiful cottage style home in a nice neighborhood close to everything. Place was spotless and Marcus was very accessible if we needed him. I would highly recommend this host. We will be back.

It was perfect for what I needed. No issues with the location. The room is perfect for 1-2 people. Would absolutely come back!
