sehr nette Vermieter, wurden freundlich mit Wein und Blumen begrüßt. Wohnung wie beschrieben, alles sauber. Gute Lage Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nah, Strand, Restaurants per Rad in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Toller Sandstrand, viele tolle Ausflugsziele per Rad auf schönen Wegen erreichbar. Leiden ist sehr sehenswert nur 7km entfernt. Vermieter hat auch Tipps gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz auch für Räder im Garten.

After I made my reservation I immediately communicated with the hosts. However there was no response. I was a little concerned as I was soon departing for the Netherlands and I have not heard from them. I called the contact number provided on the listing & spoke to Willem. Upon arrival at the property, I had a friendly welcome by Willem, the host. He was kind enough to allow an early check-in due to my early arrival in Amsterdam. The acomodation was spacious, clean and homey. It provided all the necessities needed. The place is in a farmland surrounded with nature. Situated adjacent to the water, swimming ducks, & swans were a familiar sight. Across the distance, were cows, sheep, horses. Beautiful surroundings, it was quiet & secure. It provided me comfort for one month of my stay. There was free parking outside for my rental car. Willem & Anja were kind and friendly. They made sure my stay was pleasant. I would highly recommend this place & would consider staying here again.

Dit schone appartement is zo geweldig dat je het eigenlijk voor jezelf wilt houden zodat je nog vaker kunt gaan. Het is sfeervol en praktisch ingericht. De hond is welkom. Er is een fijne douche, fijn bed, fijne leesstoelen en fijn terras. Vanaf het terras kijk je een mooie tuin in (verboden voor honden) en dat geeft privacy en rust. Bij dit appartement hoort een eigen parkeerplaats: ideaal!! En om de hoek is een mooi restaurant (bijdeduinen) met heerlijke fish and ships. Brigitte is een vriendelijke host, die het super goed voor elkaar heeft omdat aan alles is gedacht! Een parel van een Airbnb op een toplocatie.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen – alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Das Gelände ist wunderschön, mitten in der Natur und mit viel Wasser in der Nähe. Perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in der Stadt. Die Wohnung war sauber, ideal gelegen, wenn man Amsterdam besuchen möchte – nur ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Für Familien super: es gibt einen Spielplatz und sogar ein Trampolin für die Kinder. Wir haben auch jemanden beim Angeln gesehen – richtig idyllisch! Preis-Leistung top

Ein bezaubernder Ort mit einer Sonnenaufgangs- und einer Sonnenuntergangsterrasse, Blumenfeldern, brütenden Wasservögeln, einem See und natürlich der schönen Nordsee! Die persönliche Begrüßung durch die Gastgeber mit einem Tulpenstrauss und leckeren Stroop Wafels war sehr sympathisch. Yvonne und Rob sind liebe warmherzige Leute, die uns auch mit guten Tipps versorgt haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es gerne weiter!

Wow! We felt so lucky to have stayed in this beautiful attic loft - what a treat it was!! The patio had amazing rooftop views and was a peaceful place to start and end each day. The loft itself is beautifully decorated with a cozy vibe and all the amenities you need including washer/dryer. We had sunny weather for our visit to Keukenhof and a wonderful bike tour through the surrounding flower farms later that afternoon, complete with the scent of hyacinth in the air...it was truly a dream. Our time in Leiden was absolutely fantastic and coming home to Bert & Marieke's place every day was the cherry on top! We sure hope to come back someday soon!! Thank you! 🧡🪻🧡

Es war Mega schön

The bus station is just a short walk away, so it’s super convenient to visit the city centre too. The room is spotless and cosy, and the host is a real sweetheart, always ready to lend a hand.

Super clean home, bright and it has everything we need to stay and enjoy the entire house for ourselves. The wonderful sunrise and the super stunning sunset just unbeatable. After stayed here for almost a week, i said to my wife that it would be nice to retire at waverveen. The super amazing host Ruud & Anna were super helpful from booking to checking out. Will definitely going to be back again! Super recommend!!!

This house was a gem of a find! We loved staying right on the water (and despite the cold, our son loved swimming), having access to the boat (which we took to dinner one night!), and just the peace and relaxation of watching the water and boats go by. You feel like you’re in the middle of no where, and yet we were a very short drive to all that we wanted to do - Keukenhof, Zaanse Schans, Amsterdam, and even the coast! We walked to get coffee in the mornings and enjoyed the walk and the town. We also love that it’s dog friendly! We changed our minds last minute and didn’t take our dog along, but we were wishing we had. He would’ve loved the canal and boat!

Such a lovely home. We loved it. So nicely decorated and such a sweet garden space. We loved using the bbq. Was a 30 min uber to Amsterdam and keukenhoff.

Excellent property that was accurately described. My family loved the peaceful atmosphere. The market, bakery, and excellent restaurants were easy walking distance. Wendy Jane was very responsive to all my questions. Only thing of note is ensuring you have transportation figured out. Relying on Uber can get expensive vs renting a car.

Lovely accommodation and great hosts. The apartment had everything we needed. A very large and comfortable bed gave us both a great nights sleep. Great access to a local bus that took us into Leiden from where we could access Amsterdam and Haarlem. Local shops within walking distance. A must for any visitors in the spring is Keukenhof botanical gardens. Tulips were just stunning. Gouda is also worth a visit. We will return at some point.

Beste Luis en Carla, We hebben zo genoten van ons verblijf in jullie prachtige woonst. Spijtig dat mijn man ziek werd en we jullie moesten vragen om wat langer kunnen blijven. Jullie hebben ons zo vriendelijk ontvangen en op voorhand alles duidelijk uitgelegd. We komen zeker nog eens terug als we in de buurt moeten zijn en een overnachting zoeken. Bedankt voor alles! They were very welcoming hosts and had a lot of great information for things do do nearby! Very cute decor as well. It was a great launching point for biking along the coast and to many flower fields as well as the Keukenhof gardens. If you don’t have a bike there’s a place five minutes walking that rents them for the day van-dam. There’s a park n ride at Hillegom train station ~10minute drive from the Airbnb that is very easy to catch an intercity then sprinter train to Amsterdam central station.

Mèhdi was very kind and responsive all the way through our stay. He checked us in personally and we had a very interesting conversation. He told us some fun facts and history about the canal/river passing in front. Place was spotless and felt like home, would definitely go back!

Great stay! The apartment is centrally located on a beautiful canal. Despite being on the ground floor, it felt very private. Quiet, lovely design, comfortable--and a very responsive and helpful host who went above and beyond. We hope very much to return again!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Man ist in ein paar Minuten am Strand. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und der Ausblick ist wirklich traumhaft.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-in war super einfach und es war gut beschrieben wo wir hin mussten. Von dort aus konnten wir sehr gut jeden Tag zum Strand gehen und in die Stadt gelangen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt :)

Vom Check in bis Check out war alles super. Katy war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bilder. Und liegt unweit vom Meer. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!!

Michiel en Rosa zijn zulke lieve mensen. We voelden ons gelijk thuis in het appartement door een super Lief welkomst cadeau. Alles zag er verzorg en netjes uit. De communicatie was uitstekend en het was altijd fijn om even een praatje te maken met Michiel en Rosa. De ligging van het appartement is super en de omgeving lijkt wel een ansichtkaart. Gewoon een superfijne ervaring om hier te verblijven. Zelfs in de winter. We gaan ze missen maar zijn ontzettend blij dat ze een onderdeel van onze reis zijn geweest.
