New 3+1 House, Great Location On Bagdat Street

It is located on Bağdat Street (the world's 4th shopping street) very close to Caddebostan beach and park. You will enjoy your stay in our tastefully and modernly designed house. You can meet all your needs with the location of our house. It is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, transportation and restaurants. Our house was built in 2022 and is fully furnished and new. There is air conditioning in 3 rooms and the living room. Since the building is new, other flats can be renovated.

Amazing view of the istanbul from the 38th flat of the residence from big panaromic wall type windows. you will able to reach all equipment for kitchen. offcourse not mentioning a water heater and a few plate only. microwave owens coofe machines, toast machine blenders modern plates. all equioments in the flat not basic type we tried to place best of all including 52 inch tv. the place is in the middle of 3 biggest mall. 24 hours security is available and receptiom call taxi 24 hrs for you.

Our building (also known with it's history, designed and built with the wave of Bauhaus) located at the heart of this wonderful neighborhood. You can also see our building at many famous Turkish TV series and films because of it's unique decoration! :) You can take a walk near the sea side any time you want and the good thing is it's just 1 minute from your door to get there! (No Air Condition)

❤️ This will be your private room. We have very fast, modern Wi-Fi. Shared areas are used by other guests. There are between 1 and 6 people living in the apartment. The space includes a co-working area, a living room, and a shared kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, a stove, and a refrigerator. There are 2 showers and 2 toilets, as well as a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher. Thank you for your attention, and I truly wish for you to be happy here 🙏❤️
