Beautiful place to stay on the water! I stayed with my bridal party to get ready for my wedding, and then relaxed with my HUSBAND🥰 very nice hosts and communicated with me quickly and easily. Would stay here again!

Please know I'm biased, as this place is right on Barton Lake, where I spent my formative years in the 60s living in a house barely a mile away. So, I was prepared to be swept away emotionally. The house was on the North end of the lake, a place we on the South end called the "seedy side". In the ensuing 50 years, much has happened on the North end, all to the good unless you're thinking of buying a place there. Alanna went out of her way to make our stay as pleasnat and easy as possible, from giving is the entry code when we'd forgotten it, assistance with manipulating outdoor furniture and showing up with an umbrella for the outdoors table on a sunny day when we were expecting guests. The kitchen was the best stocked of any I've ecountered in a decade of dealing with AirBnBs. All that's missing is access to a boat. There were couple of kayaks (which we did not use), but that not yet erected deck could support a boat guests could use. Already booked for Oct wknd.

We had a great family vacation at Santiago's property. The location was the main reason we got it as we have family and friends living in walking distance. Loved the interior decoration. The view from the bay was amazing.

The lake house was very comfortable and the view was incredible! The deck goes right up to the water front. Even better in person than in the pictures.

La casa de Sheena estaba muy agradable y cómoda. Es tal y como se reflejan en las fotografías. Es perfecta para alojarse en una zona tranquila de Kalamazoo y es una viviendo muy espaciosa. Sheena estuvo pendiente en todo momento y dejó un montón de cosas para poder usar y sentirnos como en casa. Merece la pena este alojamiento.

My partner and I stayed here a couple nights and overall very much enjoyed the space. Inside the apartment was clean and updated. We did have trouble getting in (the code didn't work) but they were there within 10 minutes to help. The heat also wasn't working (stayed about 63 degrees in there) but again they did everything they could to help and we eventually found a space heater on the last day while we were packing up. We didn't love the overhead shower but that was a personal preference. If you are like me and don't wash your hair every day, bring a shower cap. Even with these few kinks I would stay there again because it was clean and they were extremely communicative and did what they could to make us happy and feel comfortable! Also great view of the pond outside the window.

Paul's apartment is on the second story of an old mansion. It is extremely clean and well furnished, but the stairs and narrow corridors and doors make it unsuitable for people who have mobility issues. The bathroom has been nicely remodeled but it is very small with a narrow entrance. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Beds are memory foam and really quite comfortable. Lots of cookware in the kitchen. The apartment has 2 enthusiastic space heaters for warmth which you need to adjust to avoid overheating. The large well lit parking area is well maintained. The building was surprisingly quiet considering the large number of apartment units

We had a wonderful stay. Stacy was a pleasure to work with. The lake was beautiful. Will stay again if we’re back in town.

Our stay was lovely! Great privacy in a beautiful little getaway. TV’s are great, bed was so comfortable, had all the things we needed! Just a little chilly in the winter, but host warned us beforehand so we weren’t surprised!

We had a great stay at Kris' place! The place was even better than we expected. Check-in was very easy and Kris was friendly and responsive. We had plenty of room for 3 adults and were very comfortable in the space. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and never felt cramped. I especially loved that the bathroom space was large and everything felt new and super clean. Plenty of parking space & quiet surroundings. The neighborhood is nice and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

My fiancé and I stayed here while visiting the tulip festival. This was the perfect place to stay for a quiet weekend away. I’d definitely come back!

My stay here was great and I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in town. The location was great and close to everything I needed. When I had a lot of packages come in and I wasn’t there for a few days, Paul was kind enough to bring them inside so I didn’t have to worry about them getting lost or stolen. When something broke, he had a solution to fix the problem quickly. I had a great stay while I was in Kalamazoo!
