Take it easy at this unique, tranquil Kenai getaway! This One Room Cozy Cabin has a Queen loft bed, a private covered porch, blackout shades, small table/2 chairs and mini fridge. This year round heated cabin (no water in cabin) has use of a separate building called Basecamp which has 7 bathrooms, free laundry facilities, a double kitchen, fireplace, and plenty of seating. Our new property consists of 12 One Room Cabins, 4 two bedroom cabins, Basecamp and an on-site Property Manager.

This is a quiet, comfortable home with everything you need to relax and unwind. The driveway is gated and the area is fenced. There is a yard with outdoor furniture and a fire pit. There are many flowers and shade trees. The home is five minutes from town and between two rivers. We live next door and are available as needed. One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

Bedroom is upstairs and described as a comfortable loft.The steps are carpeted and abit steep (not suited for anyone who might have issues with stairs that are steeper than normal ).Bathroom is downstairs,. Ownner on call for any needs . We live in a separate apartment on the premises.
