We had a nice stay at the house. The pool was a nice bonus, and the staff were very nice. We took most meals there and everything was well prepared. There is lots of room for an extended family for instance or a few couples. Two of the upstairs bedrooms are optimal for views with balconies. It was very quiet for sleeping. Thank you for a nice week!

We had a great stay! The room was very good—newly renovated, clean, and comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well thought-out. The host was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Communication was smooth, and their hospitality really stood out. I would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to others!

It was one of the most wonderful vacation trips. We had a vacation with my husband and two children aged 11 and 16. The owner of the Dharshana house is a magnificent man. He was always in touch and answered all questions. The house is located almost on the shore of the Indian Ocean in 1 min walk. All the amenities were available. All necessary household appliances are present in the house. Especially the washing machine helped us out, as children often dirty things and they could be quickly refreshed. Dharshana and his wife were very kind and welcoming. In addition, they organized a trip for my family to the elephant nursery and the nine-arch bridge, we visited the highest waterfall and got acquainted with monkeys. The children were delighted. Our family has become friends with Dharshana and his wife and we continue to communicate. We are glad that we have friends in Sri Lanka and we will definitely come back to them again.

Wir haben zu zweit 2 Nächte bei Vinodh verbracht. Es ist einfach ein wunderschöner Ort!!! Etwas abgelegen, wodurch es komplett ruhig ist. Zu hören sind lediglich ein paar Tiere. Wir hatten einfach die schönste Zeit. Vinodh war ein wunderbarer Supergastgeber, der durchweg ansprechbar und immer behilflich war. Manchmal sogar, bevor wir selbst überhaupt die Idee hatten, etwas zu brauchen. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen einen Stopp auf der Reise in der kleinen Oase einzulegen.

Thank you for the most beautiful and pure experience in nature. Together with my boyfriend, we enjoyed every second in this hidden, breathtaking space. In the middle of the nature - the best food served fresh and experimental every day. We felt in heaven. I will come again. ❤️

Ich habe fast drei Monate im mi Casa gewohnt und mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Bei meiner Anreise wurde ich schon so nett und freundlich empfangen. Lex hatte für mich eingekauft , ein riesigen Korb mit Früchten und die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Kaffee , Tee, Brot, Butter , Öl zum Braten , Gewürze und 20 Liter Trinkwasser. Lex ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber der einem immer mit Rat und tat zur Seite steht. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

My family had 5 nights in this delightful house which was a perfect antidote to 10 days of rushing around the island of Sri Lanka. It was so relaxing and greatly benefited from having private staff who dealt with everything we could possible have wanted. There is a private chef who went out of his way to prepare whatever we asked for, 3 meals a day if needed. He only charged us for the ingredients required to prepare those meals which included a range of seafoods (e.g. huge prawns and seer fish), fresh fruit and very tasty Sri Lankan main dishes and deserts - nothing was too much trouble and he should be justly proud of his cooking skills, some of the best meals we tasted on our trip. They happily took us out on the tuk-tuk to local shops and will arrange local tours but we were "toured out" by the time we got there. The pool is fantastic (and huge!) and the grounds are constantly maintained by "Uncle". I cannot say anything but positive things, but do bring the bug sprays!

I had a wonderful stay at this property—everything was absolutely perfect in terms of cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very secure throughout my visit. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. However, it’s important to note that the location is not actually in Bentota, but rather in a nearby suburb. While it’s still relatively close, it may not be ideal if you’re specifically looking to be in the heart of Bentota. Additionally, the surrounding area doesn’t offer much in terms of activities or attractions, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to explore the local scene. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind—just be aware of the actual location when booking.

I spent the last four weeks in this most beautiful house in Sri Lanka, by far the best Airbnb rental which I have occupied on the island. The place is exactly as described, and suited my needs perfectly. The house, furniture, and furnishings are modern, and having a private the garden is an added benefit. The host was easy to communicate with, and having Ajith, the caretaker/manager who is always available, and ready to help, was definitely an asset. Thank you providing an unforgettable stay in Sri Lanka, and I will definitely keep this place at the top of my list, for my next visit to the island.
