Highly recommend for your Phnom Penh vacation or work trip. Host very responsible and helpful. Privacy, security and very clean in the neighborhood especially plenty of big trees in the area make your stay even comfortable. Pool and playground are the best places for my daughter. Internet speed no worry it’s work very well (both WiFi and Smart) for my whole 5 weeks of staying. Everything you need it appear right in to its place like your house. Only one thing I’m concern is ant, please make it go away.

We had a nice time at Lalin’s. The apartment is a bit small but big enough for me and my husband. The location is perfect; a lot of restaurants nearby, enough tuk-tuks if you want to get a bit further and a mini market downstairs. I would recommend and definitely visit again!

It's an open, light-filled loft that feels spacious and airy, located in a large residential complex by the riverside - far enough from the center to let you choose between peace and excitement. The nearby pier has a bar, a restaurant, and a spot where people come to sing in the evenings, which is perfect when you don't feel like going too far out. Juan welcomes you warmly and is happy to recommend things to do nearby.

I recently stayed at Juan’s apartment and had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a short or long-term stay. The view from the unit was stunning and the building itself offered great amenities like a gym, pool, and 24/7 security. The location is central and convenient, close to cafes, shopping malls, pharmacy store and many street food. Juan were professional and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. Overall, a great place to stay in the city—I’d definitely recommend it to others.

Logement très confortable et propre avec une cuisine très fournie. Siveleang était très réactive et arrangeante. Logement plutôt bien situé, loin du chaos du plein centre et à environ 10 minutes de tuktuk de bkk1. Dans l’ensemble, c’était très bien 👍 Merci

Definitely 10/10 space. Apartment is recently built and every furniture and equipment is new and sparkling clean. Also, there’s a gym, coworking space and pool so you don’t need to go out. It’s located in a quiet and safe area and Aeon Mall is 15 minutes away by tuk tuk. Lastly, the host, Sokkunthea and Vibol are so kind and well communicated. I’m fully satisfied!!

SovannOn is an absolute sweetheart—she’s respectful, responsive, and will do anything to make your trip amazing. The views while dining are breathtaking, and showing your room card gets you a discount! If you have kids, there’s even a small separate room for little ones to sleep nearby—a thoughtful perk for families. Жили в квартире месяц, всё как описано в объявлении. Немного уставший ремонт. Я бы рекомендовала лучше следить за чистотой, так как в ванной комнате появляется немного плесени из за влажности. В целом всё хорошо, рекомендую.

I would definitely recommend this place! It was very clean and exactly as described on the Airbnb listing—actually, even better. Some extra amenities were also provided. The host was extremely friendly, kept everything well-maintained, and was very responsive throughout our stay. He even guided us to nearby tourist attractions, which was super helpful. The building itself has an amazing swimming pool, gym, and restaurant. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Rose, la propriétaire est formidable, prévenante, attentionnée, elle a répondu à toutes nos attentes avec le sourire. Si vous voulez decouvrir le Cambodge authentique en dehors des sentiers battus, au sein d'une famille chaleureuse, c est ici qu'il faut venir. je recommande vivement ce logement et son ambiance.

We are two people stayed four nights. The room was amazing same as the pictures, has everything what we needed such as washing machine, kitchen, desk, couch and balcony. We were not allowed to use gas stove even though there is a nice gas stove connected gas tank. There is a electric stove instead, but not much space for the stove so it was a bit hard to figure it out how to cook. Nice hot shower and TV was big but not too big so it’s nice. There are two grocery store (lucky market and max value) in walking distance (10-15min). Never had any problems.

I honestly had a fantastic stay at So’s place. It was clean, easily accessible, modern feeling but I instantly felt right at home. The kitchen was amazing to have. So and their team were incredibly responsive, supportive, and managed to solve any issues that I had within one day. I will 100% be staying here, or at one of their other properties, when I come back to Cambodia.
