Alloggio carino, appena fuori dal caos della strada principale, in una cornice di ulivi e vegetazione, una piccola oasi di pace. La notte persino fresco (abbiamo dormito solo con le finestre aperte, senza accendere climatizzatore). La famiglia è molto gentile ed amichevole, ci ha dato la possibilità di fare il check-in in serata; la casa ha tutto ciò che serve, una piccola cucina, un patio molto carino e un bel giardino che è un’oasi. In poco tempo in auto si raggiungono delle belle spiagge e in mezz’oretta si arriva a Nydri, dove parte il traghetto per Meganisi. Buona posizione, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, host molto piacevoli, consiglio!

As a family that is use to travel Everything was absolutely perfect and well well maintained. View and location are beyond words.

Absolute lovely people and a very homely accommodation, the view from the small private garden is just awe inspiring. Wonderful to wake up and take in the sunrise. There was plenty of comfort and space to stay a longer time. I will definitely come back to Kostas and Myrsini’s place next time in Lefkada!

Spyridon Place is great for a longer stay. You have pretty much everything you need, so you won't miss much. The terrace is spacious, the living room is cozy with a smart TV, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The bedroom is nice, with a comfortable bed, clean sheets, and towels. There’s AC in both rooms. The location, at least for us, was great. It’s far from the city center and the crowds/noise, but still walkable (1.5 km to the start of the city center or 2 km to the central square). AB, Sklavenitis, and Lidl are all nearby (a few minutes by car). Overall, it's a place we would recommend to everyone.

We stayed for a week and had a great holiday! The communication with Thomas was very smooth. The check in process was quick and even earlier than first planned. The apartment matches with the photos and description. Everything was squeaky clean. The view from the balcony overlooking the see was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is great. There is a supermarket close by and a great bakery. Also, the restaurants and beach are in walking distance. Thank you, Thomas!

Good value for money, very friendly and proactive owner and local manager. The location is not 100% easy to get to, but it is worth the go there.

Ηρεμη και καλή περιοχή ,το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και καθαρό . Η κ.Αναστασια βοηθητική και εξυπηρετική, ήταν εκεί οπότε την χρειστηκαμε.

Το σπίτι ήταν ολοκαίνουριο, πολύ καθαρό και καλά εξοπλισμένο. Πολύ βολική η τοποθεσία για εξερεύνηση της περιοχής.

Maria's apartment was just perfect for our stay. It is exactly as described, and the photos are accurate. The view from the balcony is fantastic, and the apartment was spotlessly clean and very well presented. Maria's colleague met us on arrival and showed us to apartment. She also came in and refreshed towels and had a quick tidy up, which was very welcome, and great service. Thankyou. It's perfectly located above the main town, a short (2min) walk down to the front where most of the restaurants and bars are, and of course a beach which we spent a lot of time on! We drove from Preveza Airport (1hr) away and parked just outside of town, only a 5-minute walk in. We travelled in October, so wasn't too busy. Overall, a fantastic stay, definitely 5-star apartment, and communication with Maria was very easy, we hope to back soon. Thank you.

We had a great short stay at Sof's place. The apartment was as advertised and they responded positively to all of our queries and issues (for example the TV wasn't working and was promptly replaced with a new one). It was a short walk into town, and very close to a great little supermarket. Beaches are a short drive away, and easy to get to the other towns along the coast.

This place is a little gem! It‘s small but the space is used & furnitured perfectly & with high standard. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need & more! And the view is astonishing. Moreover, Vanessa was extremely responsible & very flexible, when we had some issues with our ferry. Thank you again!!

Had a wonderful week staying here with family. Pinelopi was an excellent host. Good English and able to help us with anything we required. She greeted us in person and showed us round the apartment which was really appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend this location for exploring the island and having a peaceful and convenient place to return to.

Modern and cozy apartment in a typic local building. Well positioned just around a very characteristic greek square. Well equipped and comfortable too. Host really reactive and supportive.

Susana is a wonderful host - super responsive, replied very quickly and gave us a lot of tips! She did everything to ensure we had a perfect stay! The place also had everything we needed. It was very clean, had a stunning view from the balcony and had a clean and peacefull beach nearby! Εξαιρετική οικοδεσπότης! Άριστη στην επικοινωνία και πολύ πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε ο, τι χρειαστούμε! Το σπίτι είναι ιδιαίτερα καλαίσθητο, σε τοποθεσία που είναι ταυτόχρονα μόνο μερικά λεπτά από την πόλη και απόμερα, ώστε να έχει την απαραίτητη ησυχία. Ελπίζουμε να ξαναέρθουμε σύντομα!
