Stayed for 4 nights and it was the best experience I’ve had since I was a little kid I really enjoyed the river view and access to the water would recommend for anyone that likes nature and mountains

this place was perfect for what we were doing riding Vincent was very cool dude flexible laid-back just like us no confrontation do the right thing everything works out thanks buddy

The place was easy to find with lots of parking for trailers and toys. It had easy access to the Ivy Branch trails and it's located about 30 minutes from the new Tornado trailhead. We had a great time staying there and would come back again.

Great accommodations and host! We have stayed with C.Anthony several times at his different homes and they are all very nice and have everything needed. C.Anthony always makes sure guests are well taken care of. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Jim was very accommodating; as we booked and arrived very late at night. We did have to switch the unit we initially reserved since ours wasn’t ready; but Jim was extremely communicative and it all worked out fine. The apartment was clean and has all of the amenities you need. It is in a great location - beautiful river views and super close to the national park as well as food and grocery stores. Getting there: Be sure to follow Jim’s directions. Google maps will send you to the wrong house on the street. Also if you arrive at night, just know it’s VERY dark. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place amazing view only issue we had was the hot water went out but Anthony was there first thing in the morning with a handy man to get it all fixed for us and even offered us to be able to use another one of his homes to shower if needed. Great host all around super accommodating and very friendly. I would stay at any of his places not only bc they are nice but we know we are taken care of!

Very awesome Couple will definitely be back in July for another visit and hoping to book again scenery was beautiful Jim and his wife very lovely couple helped. A lot. And very appreciative of the place he allowed us to stay. Thank you Jim

We had the best time staying at this Airbnb! The house was super cozy and had everything we needed, but the backyard was the real highlight. The outdoor seating was a nice touch, we didn’t use the grill though but it looked like a nice equipment. After dinner, we spent the nights around the fire pit making s’mores, playing cornhole, and battling it out with giant Jenga, so much fun!! The river in the back was beautiful and so peaceful. We loved starting our mornings out there with coffee, soaking it in and enjoyed the breeze. Sometimes you can spot ducks coming on with their little ones to feed as well. Total adorbs! 😆 You can tell the hosts really care, everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. Everything was so new and fresh! We didn’t want to leave and are already thinking about coming back next year!

This was an awesome place. Very private. Very peaceful. The mattress was a bit softer than I like but that’s just me. Loved it. Will stay there again. Very clean. Very easy to find and get inside. View of the river was awesome!!

Tammy’s place was perfect for our large group! She was very responsive and flexible with our many requests. We would definitely stay there again!

This is so beautiful place to stay! As the name say River house its located right on river so amazing view to relax. River house has big patio with all amenities. House inside is like new and great place to stay for family getaway. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Thank you Beth and Scott. Would definately come back.

Home was very nice and clean, Had a beautiful deck & A Spacious layout so you werent on top of eachother. If you are looking to ride Outlaw trails, this home is in a good location. We did trailer to ivy branch trail head and to rock house trail head HFM. If you are looking to ride buffalo, devils anse, rockhouse its about 55 minutes truck ride to their trail head. This was our first time. Host was very nice & super responsive. The listing stated 2 queen size beds & 2 twin size beds upon arrival there was 1 queen bed & 4 twin beds. Beds were all super comfy & so was the furniture in the home. Would book this house again if we wanted to do out law trails.
