This was a GREAT deal for the # of bedrooms. The location was PERFECT! This place has alot of character (inspite of the inconsistency in decor). I loved the exposed brick and cooper ceiling. Casey's instructions were very thorough; from entry, thermostat location, security and restaurant suggestion. It had everything you will need from snacks, ear swabs, ibuprofen, etc. It needs further updating, but this really was and AWESOME place, and TREMENDOUS value.

Victoria was very responsive, I came in to town from California and any questions I had she would reply back within minutes! I would recommend this spot to anyone visiting Wichita Ks

Great place to stay with a large group of girls! Decorated so nicely and very spacious.

William's place was a wonderful house to come with my grandkids. they lived in the heated pool while we enjoyed the hot tub immensely. the beds are comfortable the kitchen well stocked there was plenty of space for 8 of us, we felt very much at home. William was so great with communication which I really appreciated. I can't say enough good things about both the house and the host. thank you so much for a great trip to Lenexa, can't wait to return.

Absolutely wonderful country atmosphere, just far enoughaway from the hustle of a larger metropolis. Nancy is an amazinig host and was very accommodating for out needs. The gouse has beautiful sunrise and a tranquil atmosphere, i would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Kansas. Definitely we will be back.

We were so grateful Tracey shared her vacation home with us. It is more beautiful than the pictures show and more relaxing than you can imagine. My husband said it felt like grandma’s house, that warm and inviting feeling the minute you walk in the door, that kind of “home” feeling. Tracey’s cinnamon rolls she made for us made it even more so. They were AMAZING. We came to Wichita for the zoo and stayed over. Tracey was sure to give us lots of very helpful zoo info. She is very thoughtful, checked in on us, very communicative, and an all around beautiful soul. Check in and check out were super easy. The home had everything needed, including toiletries if you forget yours! Tracey’s place is simply ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS and we will be back again! ❤️

Wonderful experience ! the deck was just perfect with super comfortable chairs and great jacuzzi beds were so comfortable! large windows with great views loved loved this place! ❤️❤️

Sherry was one of the best hosts we have had. She was very quick to respond if we needed anything and was genuinely concerned that we had a wonderful stay. You couldn't ask for a better host. Everything was exactly as described and shown. This was the most well outfitted place we have ever stayed. We cooked our own meals outside on the grill and inside the kitchen, everything we needed or could want was there. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows perfect. The towels were new and soft as could be. If I had to describe the whole thing in a word, it would be quality. It is obvious Sherry has a high standard for herself. I would stay here if I had business in Topeka or Manhattan. It is a short drive to both but the peace and quiet here is worth every mile. It was so quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We saw deer, turkeys, and a Bald Eagle so yes, you are in the country here but with good internet! We highly recommend it.

Everything about our stay was so lovely and relaxing. Exactly the getaway we were looking for!

Matthews rental basically had everything you could think of. We brought an instantpot but there was no need, there was one there, along with an airfyer, plenty of towels and linens. I LOVED staying here and hopefully it wont be my last time staying, either. Home was beautifully decorated. The hot tub was the highlight of my trip, personally! I had a great time! Highly recommend!
