Lovely place to stay with shops, pubs and transport links a short walk away in Johnsonville. Annouschka is an excellent host, quickly responding to queries and ensured the supplies provided (tea, coffee etc) was kept topped up! Stayed for 3 weeks, excellent.

The apartment was beautifully presented, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to the square, a little noisy in the evenings but this was to be expected on a busy Easter weekend. Check-in was easy, and communication was seamless. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Wow! I would highly recommend this place! It was clean, quiet, spacious and had everything you could want plus extras! It was so nice to have the fridge and pantry stocked with items -like eggs, bacon, juice, milk, bread, fruit, cereal and more! The bed was very comfortable too. And Waikanae is such a beautiful place to visit. The beach there is amazing and we found some great restaurants as well. I hope we can return next year!

Lovely relaxing spot! Right next to lovely walking/running/cycle trail and surrounded by quiet neighbours with a huge backyard. Great value for money!

Awesome large house, lots of room to spread out in a big group. Heaps of secure parking. Kids toy garage a huge bonus for a rainy day. Super responsive hosts with flexible check in and check out offered without trouble. Most useful things to improve stay would be some kind of sound system / speaker for playing music near lounge / bbq area, and a coffee machine for the all-important morning caffeine! Thanks heaps for a great stay!

Really beautiful place to stay and just a few steps to the beach! So grateful to be able to take our dogs with us. Absolutely every thing you need and more. Modern furnishings and great art work. Our dogs went straight for the treats left for them and we were left some really yummy fresh bread and eggs, and cookies. Very clean and comfortable Thankyou!

The house is sunny, warm and cosy, and is in close proximity to all the best amenities with a stunning view of Kapiti Island and glorious sunsets. We would love to stay again.

Homey place with everything you need. Loved hearing the sounds of the sea and wind breeze in the afternoon. Close to the beach and we love the walk on the dunes going to the beach. Overall happy with Ann’s place.

A lovely town with a coastal and nature-filled vibe — very family-friendly. The host was wonderful and extremely helpful. The house is well-organized and comfortable for a family stay, including two bicycles available for guests to use. There are cute cafés around with a laid-back, holiday atmosphere.
