The villa is located in the centre of Rawai in a nice area, very close to shops and restaurants. Rawai beach and Nai Harn beach are only 5 minutes away. The size of the swimming pool is 4 meter on 8 meter. There are 2 bedrooms in the main villa and a master bedroom with bath opposite the villa. The master bedroom and gym are in construction for the moment, will be ready 1st november 2023. There is fast wifi with Netflix. . The European style kitchen has a dishwasher.
