There is a lovely garden for the spring and summertime with fruit trees and flowers and a wood stove inside for the wintertime. A lovely beach and harbor are a ten minute walk away. Also, you can be in the center of town with the local Metro train in just 15 minutes!

And hot water is included in the price/rent - just clarifying this after numerous questions :-)
