A traditional old stone Cycladic house in Aprovatou overlooking the endless blue, which we recently restored without altering the features of its original construction that dates back many, perhaps several centuries. The house is located next to our paternal house in a farm of 10 acres with cistern, vineyard, olives, lemons, oranges and other crops. The unique Andrian architecture combined with the warm welcome, the high level of personal servicemakes the space very special.

Πρόκειται για μία οικία η οποία βρίσκεται στο Μπατσί της Άνδρου, 20 μέτρα από την κεντρική παραλία, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη και χωρισμένη σε τέσσερα ανεξάρτητα διαμερίσματα, με ξεχωριστή είσοδο το καθένα. Περιμετρικά του κτιρίου υπάρχει κήπος με πηγάδι, διάφορα δέντρα και φυτά που μπορεί ο επισκέπτης να περάσει ευχάριστες ώρες ξεκούρασης και χαλάρωσης. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι διακοσμημένα και επιπλωμένα με παραδοσιακά ξύλινα έπιπλα, σε νησιώτικο στυλ.

Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα 60 τ.μ. όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.
