We have created a comfy, tidy and bright apartment for you. It's 15 km from Amsterdam city centre. A small kitchen for cooking, a king-size bed and high-speed WiFi. It's available for singles or couples to enjoy a holiday or long- term stay. Train and bus station are a few minutes walking. It's easy to reach Amsterdam Centraal and Schiphol airport within half hour. Flourishing Purmerend city centre is 500m away. Across the road is Lidl supermarket, with a bakery and lots of tasty ready meals.

Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Vakantiewoning op boerenerf

Een gezellige en sfeervolle vakantiewoning op ons boerenerf. De woning is gebouwd in een voormalige schuur op een rustige plek, langs de dijk. Op het ruime erf is voldoende plek om buiten te zitten en van de rust, ruimte en natuur te genieten. De woning beschikt over een slaapkamer op de begane grond en een slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping. Met uitzicht op de dijk en daarachter de Gouwzee. Waar zomers in gezwommen kan worden. Medebewoners van de boerderij zijn onze kippen en schapen.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Geniet van onze unieke accommodatie op een prachtige locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht. U kunt hier genieten van de rust, het water en het uitzicht. Ons drijvend chalet heeft een grote raampartij zodat u het vrije uitzicht behoudt. U zit dichtbij Amsterdam, Volendam en Monnickendam. Genoeg bedrijvigheid in de buurt, zodat u zelf kunt beslissen of u van de rust wilt genieten of de drukte op wilt zoeken. Er is een terras en een zwevend balkon. Ook kunt u gratis parkeren bij het chalet.

On the second floor of a rebuilt traditional Waterland house is this beautifully renovated apartment, once used as a hayloft. Located in the protected natural area of the Zeevang polder land (EU Natura 2000), famous for its birds like godwits, spoonbills, and lapwings. The view it offers is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Middelie is very near Amsterdam (25 km). Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

Je verblijf is in een rustige buurt (achter in de tuin van ons) waar je via een steeg (openbaar) op je eigen stukje privé balkon – buitenterrein kan komen van de Tiny House. Op 8 minuten lopen van het busstation van Edam. 5 minuten lopen naar de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt 3 min. lopen naar het centrum van Eda Op 25 minuten van Amsterdam (vanaf het Edam Busstation)

10 minutes Amsterdam Central Station 'De Hut'

Watergang is een klein dorpje 10 minuten vanaf Amsterdam Centraal Station. Het bevind zich in de gemeente Waterland. De Zaanse schans en Volendam zijn vanaf hier goed bereikbaar. Waterland is een prachtig gebied met mooie fietstochten. Ook leent dit gebied zich uitstekend om met een bootje of kano te gaan varen. Meer informatie kunt je vinden op de site van laagholland.com. Daarbij is het ook zalig om in en om De Hut te verblijven. Bij De Hut is een tuin met veel privacy .

Lovely suite in the historic center of Monnickendam. Nice terraces, good restaurants and beautiful nature. Within 20 minutes you are in the center of Amsterdam. You can buy the tickets at the VVV (2 minutes from the cottage) Also the Zaanseschans, Volendam and Marken can be reached within 20 minutes. The VVV, baker and the butcher are around the corner and by bike (you can use ours, we have two) you can cycle through the unique environment.

Charming fisherman's cottage

In the oldest part of the famous fishing village Volendam, you’ll find this charming cottage. The oldest part was built in 1890. The 19th century styled living room gives a cozy (or as the Dutch say "gezellig") feel to your stay. There is WIFI in the cottage. The cottage is ideal for two people, but there is ample space for a third person (adult or 2 children when max. age of 6), to sleep in a typically Dutch 'bedstee' on the ground floor.
