The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge and sink. Here you can find everything you need for a short while.

Spacious (80 sq.m.) and unique apartment with a ~35 sq.m. terrace, offering a panoramic view of the city of Kaunas. You will reside on the top floor, with no neighbors around. The apartment is located next to Kalniečiai Park. Also there is good access to Kaunas Airport. On the rooftop terrace, you will find a barbecue area and outdoor furniture. Inside the apartment itself: a fireplace, a large corner bathtub, a double bed, a stripper pole, a television and a fully equipped kitchen.

Hi The apartment is in the middle of main Kaunas street. Excellent place to live, almost all tourist attractions, theaters, universities, old town is just in walking distance. Also it's really quiet at night. The apartment is fully equipped, in the kitchen there is everything you need, also dishwasher, coffee machine. The entrance to the apartment is safe. There are two bedrooms with double beds and sofa in the living room, that converts into comfortable double bed.

Its very quite area you could park the car outside the apartment, you will have private entrance with little garden.

The house is in very good location only 4 km to the city centre (15 min with the public transport). House is very cozy and designed for two persons but it has an extra bed with the possibility to sleep for two more persons.
