This characteristic Cycladic newly build stone house, tastefully decorated provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique stone cottage is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. In a distance of 5 minutes on foot, there are plenty of supermarkets, bakeries, shops and traditional restaurants. The historical temple of Poseidon is also very close to the apartment by car, in a distance of 9 km. In the municipality of Lavrio there are lots of organized beaches. The distance from the international airport Eleftherios Venizelos is approximately 25 minutes by car.

My place is close to the Loutra Marina, just meters away from the beach and the hot springs. The local restaurants and bars are a couple of minutes walk. There are several other beaches only minutes driving. The are also several out-door activities nearby. You’ll love my place because for the convenient location (close to the beach and local shops), the modern design, relaxing atmosphere and our great hospitality. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month.
