The Weaver's house | Το σπίτι της "Υφάντρας"

To σπίτι μας χτίστηκε το 2010 ακολουθώντας την αρχιτεκτονική των σπιτιών της Χώρας Κύθνου. Είναι 75τ.μ., αποτελείται από καθιστικό, τραπεζαρία, κουζίνα, ένα μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα (ισόγειο), πατάρι με καναπέ-κρεβάτι, 2 δίκλινα υπνοδωμάτια, το ένα με δικό του μπάνιο, βεράντα και ταράτσα. Επίσης διαθέτει μικρή αποθήκη και βοηθητικό χώρο με πλυντήριο ρούχων. Με προνομιακή θέση μιας και βρίσκεται λίγα μέτρα μακρυά από το κεντρικό δρόμο της Χώρας με όλα τα μαγαζιά αλλά ταυτόχρονα σε ήρεμη γειτονιά.

Vourkari Studio with full kitchen

Cosy Studio 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchen in Vourkari. The studio is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The studio has a king size bed, AC,TV,WIFI and a large veranda . The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, close to all restaurants and bars .Gialiskari beach is 5 minutes away. Unfortunately we can't keep luggage and Staying after checkout is charged and depends on availability

Vista al Mar Kythnos

Πρόκειται για μια μεζονέτα στο λιμάνι της Κύθνου , στον Μέριχα. Ο πάνω χώρος του σπιτιού αποτελείται από μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα , ένα wc, μια τραπεζαρία και έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι. Στον κάτω χώρο βρίσκεται το υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι ντουλάπα και ένα μπάνιο . Φυσικά, το μπαλκόνι του σπιτιού έχει θέα όλο το λιμάνι του νησιού . Το σπίτι μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι και 4 άτομα, ιδανικό για οικογένειες αλλά και για παρέες . Θα χαρούμε να σας φιλοξενήσουμε στο νησί μας..

The design of house follows the local architectural elements, while their construction combines minimalism with luxury. From the terrace you can access the shared pool of the complex as well as enjoy the marvelous sea view and the sunset. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the port through 4,5km of dirt road.

Authentic Kea Family House

A house close to everything but also quite private with a marvelous view to the sunset and Otzias beach. The house is divided in three parts and the guest has access to two parts. All are totally seperated from each other, have different entrances, outside areas and facilities. It is perfect for two seperate families or groups that want to spend the holidays together but also have their privacy. Houses communicate only from outside not indoors.
