Stylishly Refurbished Heritage House (Muda Blue)

Originally built in the early 1900's, the house was dilapidated and not fit for habitation. It was out of passion to restore the building that Muda Blue came about. As the house is protected by the UNESCO World Heritage Site inscription, its structure and facade had to be maintained, which we were happy to do. It is now a charming house to live in with modern amenities and an artistic touch. High-speed internet with Netflix available on a smart TV. Note: Potential noise from the street

This is a comfortable heritage home located in GEORGETOWN, Penang. Situated in the heart of the city, this is the best place to stay to explore most of the magnificent spots in Georgetown. It is easily accessible from the trunk road. Friendly buffaloes and cows are familiar sights around the house. We provide comfortable duvet bedding for you to snuggle in the nights after a long day on the island. The entire house was screened and netflix ready to spend your early night.

Loft living in a heritage shophouse

An unusually awesome & modern duplex apartment in a shophouse for 1-4 persons. It's a rare unit, and the price actually reflects the high cost of electricity in Malaysia. IMPORTANT: 1. There are 2+1 flights of stairs to the Loft unit and loft inside. 2. This is a traditional house. Don't expect a modern hotel. You have to turn off a/c when going out, fiddle with padlocks, and practise recycling of cans, glass, plastic and paper, take out wet rubbish nightly.
