We loved our stay at the cabin and hope to return soon. It’s super cozy. It’s a short 10 minute walk to the general store for firewood and on our way back we got to see 4-6 mule deer. The views from the deck are incredible especially stargazing at night. In the morning on our way to the trail of 100 giants we saw about 20-30 mule deer. We definitely recommend staying here over and over again. Our host was super helpful, nice and flexible, we are very grateful!!

Loved the place. I love big windows and seeing the woods, was perfect. The neighborhood was so quiet, even on New years eve! Its a nice spot if you want to relax do a little bit of walking. We were blessed to have enough snow to play with, some surrounding areas were none. We had the whole area to our selves to play with snow. The kitchen was fully stock with the exception of a cupcake pan, but I took my own just in case. The 2 coffee makers is a plus, take coffee beans or kcups, love the options. The cabin maintained us warm throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place. Very spacious and beautiful surroundings.

This place is so special! We had a truly wonderful stay at Amelia’s property! The cottage was peaceful, charming, and well-stocked — it made for such a relaxing getaway. Amelia was incredibly kind and welcoming, and it was a pleasure meeting her in person. The cedar hot tub and the fresh creek made for a refreshing and relaxing experience. It's quiet at night and the birds are singing in the morning. Let Amelias feeling so energised and excited about the next chapter of my life! Really felt so balanced and lifted after visiting Kernville Ranch! The kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed cooking most of our meals there. We loved having a BBQ and eating outside — the outdoor space was such a great bonus. The bed was super comfortable, and we slept really well. The stars at night were incredible — being out of the city made for the perfect stargazing. I would highly recommend staying here and we will certainly return! Thank you Amelia!

We visit Kernville one to two times a a year. This was my favorite place so far out of the places my family and I have stayed. We have a family of 5 (3 kids) and they absolutely had a blast, plenty of games and activities for them to do at the house including swimming. We also had some friends and family visit us and the place was great for entertaining guests. I highly recommend staying here the host is very responsive and friendly. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

This place was perfect. The home was spotless, and it had everything we need and then some. The most outstanding part, though, was our interactions with Juan, our host. I had some planning issues with our dates, and Juan went above and beyond to accommodate us, and was more than fair in changes we asked for past the cancellation period. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon!

Joy's house in Lone Pine is really beautiful, it is on a quiet road 1 mile from the center of Lone Pine. The backyard has unobstructed views of the Eastern Sierras. The house is really spacious and everything was very clean. No sign of dirt our dust anywhere. Plenty of parking right outside the front door.
