This award-winning 1890 fully renovated and restored cottage has retained much of its original charm -- beautiful and colorful walls, hardwood floors and high ceilings. Large windows allow for lots of natural light, and a small deck in the back gives guests some privacy for outdoor relaxing. The historic home, a survivor of the Great Storm of 1900 (and all others since) is located next to a neighborhood restaurant (which has been there for 75 years) and is close to beaches and The Strand.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.
