You'll have a great time at this comfortable studio with novel recycled designs where a bilingual Hawaiian-Chilean family who live and work on the property will assure you have a pleasant stay! Drive to Boerne Lake or Take a walk or drive into town to visit the local microbreweries or the typical Tex-Mex home decoration stores. After, relax under one of the many mature Oak trees while the children play on the swings and jungle gyms across the street at the Kinderpark. New firepit added also!

2 blocks from Main Street-Sweet nostalgic 1950s bungalow in the historic Flats & Iron district. Quiet neighborhood with a private backyard located 2 blocks from Main Street, restaurants, shopping, and a paved walking trail that follows the Cibolo Creek - turning right will take you to River Road Park and beyond to City Park and Cibolo Nature for Conservatory. Left will take you to Boerne Main Plaza and the Kendall Inn. A short drive to H-E-B grocery store - best grocery store around!
