Garden guesthouse next to ElCerrito BART&shopping

The house is only two blocks from the BART station, which is only 6 minutes away from UC Berkeley campus and half an hour from San Francisco. There’s also grocery stores, restaurants, coffee very close by in El Cerrito Plaza. This is a newly built, attached one bedroom in-law unit with private entrance in the quiet backyard. It offers absolutely privacy and is very bright, cozy, spacious. Shared laundry with us in the garage. Free Parking in the driveway. Safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood.

La Casita

La Casita is situated in our back yard. It is on the 1st level of 4 (4th at street), so be prepared to use stairs. Although once arrived it is very peaceful and quiet. Downtown Berkeley is ~10-15 minute drive. El Cerrito Plaza Bart Station is a 6 minute drive. Solano Avenue (shops and restaurants) is a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk). Farmers Market every Sunday (10-2) is a 7 minute walk. We look forward to having you stay at our property and happy to answer any questions you may have.

Maybeck Garden Cottage: Level In, 9 min walk to UC

Quiet, level in botanical garden setting...hummingbirds... convenient washer/dryer and DW. Walk to UC, Peets, Cheese Board, Chez Panisse and Fava. Groceries: Andronico's, Magnani Poultry, Monterey Fish and Produce…. Bay views from garden, private rd, parking on request/see House Policies. We're scrupulous on clean. Fresh eggs, granola + fruit, "good" coffee/tea. Wi-fi is strong except if power is out, a consideration for some guests. We’ve a 2nd studio which can be booked simultaneously.

This cute and cozy recently remodeled Studio Cottage is behind our home in a safe and walkable neighborhood, two blocks from public transportation (BART/bus). It is fully furnished including a comfortable double bed, full kitchen, walk-in shower and wifi. There is free street parking right out front. Nestled at the top of the Berkeley Hills, just outside Tilden national reserve, with beautiful views of the bay from the neighborhood. There is a bedroom, bathroom, and central room with kitchenette. The space is cozy and fit for a maximum of 2 visitors. The yard fully fenced and private for you and any four legged travelers. Pets do require a separate cleaning fee so we ask you register them as you book.

North Berkeley Chic

The residence is a classic 1927 North Berkeley Bungalow lovingly remodeled from the foundation up leaving only the original exterior painted redwood boards while upgrading the entire interior and the Exterior ONLY will be monitored by four motion activated floodlight cameras (front, back, side and garage back door on the patio). Absolutely NO cameras indoors!!!
