1 bedroom apt. in historic building in town (1800's Firehouse). Newly remodeled for those looking for quaint getaway. Within sight of small park with gazebo, coffee shop (old Town hall), 1 block to local pizza shop. Just a short drive to Smyrna where you will find anything else you are needing. Central to the beach, the bay, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Lancaster, and so many small towns along the way. Anything you dont find in Smyrna we have Dover to the south or Middletown to the north.

Equestrian decor flavors this cozy second floor apartment. You will find a brand new walk-in shower, coffee bar, carpet, furniture, freshly-painted walls and fast fios internet. We technically live just outside of the town limits yet are only two miles from Route 1, which gives you quick access to Wilmington and Dover. Ten acres of woods and pastures surround our bucolic property. Our eventual goal is to host traveling nurses and military as we are close to several hospitals and DAFB.

If you enjoy the outdoors then this is the place for you. We have walking paths for you to enjoy and make sure to say hi to the animals as you walk by. Sit out on the front porch and watch the sunset or sit out by the pond and watch it there. This unit is 10 minutes from the nearest shopping. Do not enter barns or pastures.

This one bedroom, one bath unit has a fold out sofa in the living room and comfortably sleeps 4. **THERE IS NOT A FULL KITCHEN IN THIS UNIT, just a very basic kitchenette. There is a microwave, keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, and toaster available for your convenience. Downtown Milford is a quaint and historic town. We have many restaurants and shops and a fantastic Farmers Market on Saturday mornings from May to October.

Additional public parking is located 50 yards from our apartment.
