The home is perfectly split with two bedrooms, 1 bath and family room upstairs and additional 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with extra family room downstairs. Screened in patio overlooking lake view with TV. Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. Eagles Retreat Cabins allow you to vacation with family and friends and have your own space. There are 2 cabins on the lakefront property. You can book both cabins or just one. Cabin 1 ($145/night) is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath home with sleep sofa, spacious living area, and deck with view of the lake. Cabin 2 ($175/night) is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath home with spacious living area, upper and lower decks with lake views and a third deck on the front side. There's a lighted path to the dock.

Our home is right on the Tennessee River side of Kentucky Lake. We have our own personal boat ramp, so you can drop your boat in, or enjoy a nice walk along the shoreline. We have gorgeous views from almost every room in the house. Our family enjoys staying here for extended periods of time since we are able to WORK FROM HOME with our surprisingly fast internet for the remote location. **Due to the size of our home, we allow up to 6 adults and up to 10 if the rest are children.**

Conveniently located min from 10 Draffenville 15 min Benton a short drive 30 min from Paducah or Murray Grand Rivers. 2 hours to Nashville.

Cozy lake home on 2 acres near 3 different marinas

The whole family is invited! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom lake home on 2 acres has plenty of space for all. Enjoy the spacious, open living area with oversized sectional sofa and and fully stocked kitchen with lots of space to entertain. The covered back porch is our favorite place for morning coffee or an afternoon bbq while watching our favorite tv sport. All of this within a few minutes of 3 different marinas.... Big Bear Resort, Malcolm Creek and King Creek.
